I love my own Memory Jar. I use it a little differently than intended. Whenever I have a happy memory come into my head, I write it on a card and put it in the jar. That does three things for me:

#1. We’re all afraid of losing those memories. Now I know they are safe & sound in my jar

#2. It frees me up to think about things in the present and look towards the future.

#3. Whenever I’m having a bad day, I reach in my jar and pull out 2-3 cards. Puts a smile on my face every time!
