Dr Sam Chittenden is a coach and facilitator with twenty years’ public sector leadership experience. She runs the creative company Different Development, based in Brighton, UK and leads the internationally renowned Mastery of Self Expression workshop.

Sam’s approach blends traditional personal development with theatre skills and other creative arts to help people develop confident and authentic self expression.

Sam also acts, directs, sings, pots, keeps bees and lives by the sea. She is scared of heights and spiral staircases, yet has done a parachute jump and abseiled. She believes we learn most on the edge of our comfort zones.
