Antonio Chicharro, de la Academia de Buenas Letras de Granada, es Catedrático de Teoría de
la Literatura y Literatura Comparada de la Universidad de Granada. Su investigación se
centra en aspectos de teoría e historia del pensamiento literario en España, poética y
poesía españolas contemporáneas y problemas literaturológicos. Ha sido profesor visitante
en las universidades de Copenhague y "Paul Valéry" de Montpellier. Aparte de sus ediciones
de Antonio Macahado, Dámaso Alonso, Francisco Ayala, Gabriel Celaya y Antonio Carvajal,
sobresalen sus libros "Literatura y saber" (1987), "La teoría y crítica literaria de
