Written by Nancy Krulik and published by Grosset & Dunlap.

Told from the point of view of a sheep-dog puppy, this series follows Sparky as his magic bone allows him to journey to different parts of the world.

There is also  non-fiction information in the back of each book that tells readers all about the places Sparky visits.
