Free downloads
A website ICANN tells me is registered in Panama is offering all my books in free downloads. A helpful counter on the site tells me that Thousands of copies have been downloaded. On the positive side I have thousands of readers I didn’t know about. On the negative side I have lost thousands in royalties. #robbed Hughgreene.com

Research at Alderley

Schrödingers God and iBooks
Finally we added the ePub of Schrödinger's God to iBooks and struggled with the banner builder to get a web banner widget going. Not easy. Noticed some pirate site had put up an ePub of SG in the meantime too. Evil!

Dr Power author
Came across a reference to Dr Power in Pepys' diaries today. Pepys was hurrying home to read a book by Dr Power, written in 1663. Power's single work was 'Experimental Philosophy, in Three Books: New Experiments. Microscopical, Mercurial, Magnetical'. The first ever book on microscopy. Pre-dating Hooke's more famous text.
