People want to avoid upsetting their families during the holiday season, but the second life gets back to normal (whatever that is), all bets are off, and in some cases, so are the gloves.

When you go through a life-shattering experience, a very scary or tragic event, it can leave you with serious depression or anxiety issues���or even post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
