65/366 Rawlings reps visited Roger Dean Stadium with the spoils of catcher Yadier Molina's season behind the plate — a Gold Glove and a new Platinum Glove. The former goes to the best at his position; the latter goes to the best defensive player at any position. (Taken with instagram)

61/366 Not too often you hit the local strip mall Starbucks for breakfast and find workers cutting down the decorative coconuts — with chainsaws. This pic comes seconds after a couple coconuts plummeted down and rolled around the parked cars. (Taken with instagram)

60/366 Working too late at Roger Dean Stadium on Leap Day. It's hard to describe that sickening feeling that comes when leaving the media room and seeing the parking lot gate closed. Scaling the fence once is enough for anyone's career. (Taken with instagram)

The Promised Pujols Cartoon

The Promised Pujols Cartoon:

Last month, a friend asked me to draw a cartoon for a St. Louis baseball historical journal that will be published a few times this year. It has been more than a decade since I drew a cartoon for print. I've done a few for family as gifts, several for my son, but not one for the public since leaving college (that I can remember). I dusted off the pens and came up with this look at Albert Pujols' departure from St. Louis, "The Perfect Knights of the Round Table."
