The seven most important questions you will ever ask...

To a child, the sun may look like it's just a bright not-too-big ball in the sky, but it's actually a huge mass of burning hydrogen and helium that's 1,392,000,000 miles in diameter, and 333,000 times the mass of the Earth. If I believed that it was square, made of ice, and that it came out at night, my belief wouldn't change the sun's reality. It is what it is, despite my beliefs.
In the same way, it doesn't matter what we believe about the nature of God. He is ...

The seven most important questions you will ever ask

What does God have that I need?
So here is our problem. We are all going to die. God is not. He is eternal. If I want to live forever, I have to somehow find a bridge to this eternal Creator. This is why so many billions have been interested in religion, down through the ages. This is why I became intensely interested in the subject of God on the night of my conversion. For about 20 years I didn't give God serious thought for a minute. I was like a man who understandably didn...

Seven of the most important questions you will ever ask...

It's amazing how many people think that God's existence is a matter of "faith." They think that we choose to accept that an invisible God exists, without any real evidence for His existence. We just "believe."
Could you believe that a soldier's barracks had no builder? Obviously someone put it together, because buildings don't happen by themselves. The fact that the building exists is positive proof that there was a builder. Who could believe that a building—with ...

For those of you who insist you don't fear death...
"Since, therefore, [these His:] children share in flesh and blood [in the physical nature of human beings:], He [Himself:] in a similar manner partook of the same [nature:], that by [going through:] death He might bring to nought and make of no effect him who had the power of death--that is, the devil--And also that He might deliver and completely set free all those who through the [haunting:] fear of death were held in bondage throughout the whole course of their lives." Hebrews 2:14-15 (Amplified...

Professor Richard Dawkins, one of the greatest living "experts" on blind watchmakers and selfish gene-centric Evolution got out his Ouija Board to channel the spirit of Charles Darwin, author of The Origin of Species and the father of Naturalism and Atheism.
Contacting Darwin was considered of a dangerous and controversial nature because if his current residence is Hell then a whole lot of ev...

One Nation Under God

See if you can count how many States mention "God," "Author of existence," "Supreme Ruler" and "Almighty God."
Also, notice that the first prayer in the First Continental Congress at Carpenter's Hall, Philadelphia was prayed "In the Name and through the merits of Jesus Christ, Thy Son and our Savior":
Alabama 1901, Preamble.
We the people of the State of...

The uniqueness of the human being

The stumbling-block for many atheists when it comes to the issue of God, is the subject of "faith." They think that a Christian is someone who believes that God exists. However, a Christian is someone who "knows" God experientially. I believed in God's existence before I was a Christian. When I came to know ...

"Such a decision (to have an abortion) can be heart-wrenching and momentous without being homicide." Steven J. ["The killing of a Jew can be heart-wrenching without being murder":].

What God's Word Says About Abortion, By Lynn Copeland

God's Word says that He personally made each one of us, and has a plan for each life: "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart" (Jeremiah 1:5). "Even before I was born, God had chosen me to be His" (Galatians 1:15). "For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother's womb...Your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in Your book before...
