Hare and the Turtle

One of my favorites fables because I think of myself as a turtle, slow and steady and some how winning the race. The turtle in eastern countries in their ancient myths hold up the four directions of this earth. P'ngue, the first dragon of China stood on turtle and told all that the humans would need. Turtle gave P'ngue stories to us. The coastal Indians of American have a story for the 13 section on turtle's back to 13 moons for the year.

SUCCESS Reflection --> atozchallenge

I did write 26 stories daily and posted to wattpad.com so others could read--> followed my theme, emotions that fit the story with one negative, had a title design for each story and the LETTER A to Z from the Blogging Challenge. I did survive and did succeed. And my pledge is to weekly add another tale --> I did fail telling the stories on soundcloud.com because this not the venue for storytelling. This ABC picture book started with the first graders I taught in Anchorage, Alaska, 1967 and 1968. I put up a list of words each day, and the students wrote a story or drew a picture. They were 5 or 6 years old; so in 2016 these children are now 48 to 50. I hope they have prosperous lives.
