Cobra California

From Reid Cunningham: "Kei vans and trucks are popular on AL, (see this Daihatsu version) but how about an electric conversion?  From the badging,  this looks like it was done here in the US.  Mont Vernon, NH is my best guess, it can be hard to know where you are on two lanes in rural New Hampshire."
