In Alpine, Texas, largest city in the largest county in the second-largest state in these continental United States. Can anyone identify the beast? Looks to me mid-Thirties, but what is it? In case you were wondering, there is a coffee grinder on board. More on this machine later.

Mercedes Benz 450SL Marfa Christmas Present?
Saw the silver Benz in Bee Pierce's used car lot today on San Antonia St. in Marfa Texas. Red leather too. The only vehicle on the lot---as was the Sierra Grande when I bought it there 4 years ago.
