With the help of a friendly ghost, Masaki, Ono-sensei can examine his young patient's teeth without much fuss. It seems that only Ono-sensei and children can see Masaki. He brings a calming presence, which is convenient for children at the dentist and for Ono-sensei as well. But is he really a ghost? He doesn't remember much about his past but for some reason, he's very attached to Ono-sensei. So much so that Masaki hangs out around the office and even walks Ono-sensei home. Once they reach the entrance to Ono-sensei's apartment however, Masaki is asked to stay out. Ono-sensei doesn't want Masaki to know that something else haunts him behind closed doors.

At 25:00 in Akasaka (2024)

 Finally a Japanese drama I can say I liked, no ifs or buts. It was since My Personal Weatherman that I didn't like a drama so much, At 25:00 in Akasaka is completely different from MPW, but it's on the same level of satisfaction for me. I liked it so much I even forgot that I didn't find attractive at all the actor playing Hayama, at least for my personal taste: despite that, Hayama and Shirasaki worked so good as a couple that at episode 10 I almost changed idea, and indeed started to think Hayama was a little bit sexy. Shirasaki was cute from beginning to the end. At 25:00 in Akasaka is not particularly heavy on the sex scenes as it was MPW, but really you don't miss it at all, these two men are giving you plenty of thrill even if they actually kiss, more or less three times in total, and just one sex scene. HEA. You can see it on GagaOOLala (totally worthy renewing my subscription). Heat Level: 4/6.

Seven Days: Monday–Sunday by Rihito Takarai and Venio Tachibana

My Rate: 9 (amzn.to/3VM39Xn) N.B. The movie adaptation is very good, the actor playing Yuzuru Shino maybe is a little less angel like than the manga, the actor is more masculine, but aside that very good adaptation.

Kiseki Chapter 2 (2024)

 Using the word "miracle" in the blurb was probably a way to make you believe Kiseki Chapter 2 was somewhat romantic... don't be fooled. The kindest way to define this short (luckily) drama is soft porn; the facial expression of these two couples in episode 3, while consuming the act was embarrassing, you could clearly see it was fake, there was no emotion at all. Will I save something of this drama? it was a good ad spot to visit Tokyo. You can see it on GagaOOLala. Heat Level: 5/6.
