Disney strikes a major deal to merge Hulu Live TV with Fubo, resolving its antitrust dispute with Fubo over the delayed sports streaming service, Venu. This merger will create a new joint venture, with Fubo’s CEO leading Hulu Live. Meanwhile, Disney will lend financial support to keep Fubo afloat until the deal closes in 12–18 months.
