Blizzard February 2013
We survived our first big New England snow. We had a blizzard that left us with 2+ feet of snow with drifts of 4+ feet. We were fortunate that we did not lose our power during that time like so many people in Massachusetts did. We were prepared with a stockpile of food, batteries, flashlights, candles, and NOAA weather radio. We had plenty of pasta to cook on the gas stovetop also in case we lost our electricity. Better safe than sorry!
