Getting Settled

I guess this is the part where I awkwardly introduce myself.

I'm Lana Hart, author of the Curious Collectibles Series, which I guess technically isn't a series yet since there's only one book. I assure you, that will not always be the case!

Set in the small, fictional New England town of Sanctum Harbor, these books are perfect for fans of shows like Once Upon a Time, American Horror Story, Sleepy Hollow, or The X-Files. I was also heavily inspired by R.L. Stine's Fear Street Saga, which was similar to his extremely popular Goosebumps series, but for young adults.

The first book in my paranormal romance/mystery/thriller series is The Haunted Lingerie. It's about Misty Ryder, a young woman who is drawn into a mysterious antique shop by the promise of a new pair of shoes and leaves with a cursed set of lingerie instead. Once she puts it on, she realizes that she can't take it back off—not until she helps free the spirit of the woman who died inside of it ten years ago. With the help of her best friend Nikki and the handsome deputy Jack Snow, can Misty solve the cold case and put the spirit to rest?

Unfortunately, since Amazon doesn't offer pre-order rights to independently-published authors, I'll have to institute a countdown when the release date gets closer. In the meantime, stay tuned for updates and exclusive excerpts on my blog!
