1938-ൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിലെ നഗരൂരിൽ ജനിച്ചു. എൻജിനീയറിങ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തെത്തുടർന്ന് പൊതുമരാമത്തുവകുപ്പിൽ ജോലിയിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചു. 1960-ൽ വർക്കല നാരായണഗുരുകുലത്തിൽ അന്തേവാസിയായിച്ചേരുകയും 1967-ൽ നടരാജഗുരുവിൽനിന്നും ബ്രഹ്‌മചാരീദീക്ഷ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. 1968-ൽ ഉദ്യോഗം രാജിവെച്ച് ധർമ്മ പ്രചാരകനായിത്തീർന്നു. 1985-ൽ നിത്യചൈതന്യയതിയിൽനിന്ന് സന്ന്യാസദീക്ഷ കിട്ടി. 1973-1989 കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ 'ഗുരുകുലം' മാസികയുടെ പത്രാധിപരായിരുന്നു. 1987-ലെ മോസ്‌കോ ലോകമത വട്ടമേശസമ്മേളനത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. ഗ്രീക്ക് ചിന്തകർ, പൂർണ്ണജനനം, പ്രബന്ധമാല, ന്യായദർശനം, വേദാന്തം-നാരായണഗുരുവരെ, ഹിന്ദുമതത്തിലെ ശാസ്ത്രവീക്ഷണം, The Philosophy of Narayanaguru, Functional Democracy–A failure in India, Karma and Reincarnation എന്നിവയാണ് സ്വതന്ത്രകൃതികളിൽ പ്രധാനം. ശ്രീ മുനി നാരായണ പ്രസാദ്
