Apologies
I fear I must issue yet another apology. I missed my Monday update last week and this. I’m currently trying to find myself a suitable apartment for when I move in a month and this stress is making it difficult to write anything worth sharing. I will have something up next Monday, if not before.
I am working on the next installment of Rox’s childhood. This fated meeting will no doubt register with those who have already read the first of my series, and for those of you who haven’t, don’t worry, there are no spoilers.
Thanks for baring with me!
Rox shall return! I promise!

Fated Visit Part One
Its Monday again!
Well… kind of late Monday, but Monday none the less. I have started in a new little mini-story which depicts the visit of the Jero tribe’s visit to Rox’s tribe back when she was young. This is particularly significant in Rox’s life because her eldest sister, Chloi, has her eye on the eldest son of the Jero tribe’s leader.
Check out the beginning of this little series at www.chaoticgalaxies.com
(Please note that due to the late hour, this is only the first draft and I will be making edits tomorrow when my brain and fingers are communicating together better. Thanks for your understanding. (I blame Camp NaNoWriMo!) )

New Short Story Live today!
It may technically be a day late, but the next short story is live on www.chaoticgalaxies.com!
This short story, titled “Desert Stars” is set back in Rox’s childhood and introduces Nath, her youngest brother. For those of you who have read the novel, you know Nath (Though I’m pretty sure I just referred to him as ‘brother’ in the novel. I’ll have to add his actual name into the edits I’m working on now). I won’t say any more about that, as not to ruin anything for those of you who have not yet read the book.
I hope you all enjoy this little insight into Rox’s character.
Also! For those of you who don’t know, Camp NaNoWriMo’s July session started today! I have a challenge, along with a number of very talented writers in both my Skype, Forum, Facebook and Cabin groups, of writing 50,000 words this month! I am taking this opportunity to finish Chaotic Galaxies: Fire and Sand (Formerly Chaotic Galaxies: The Big Race), and hopefully Chaotic Galaxies: The Exile of the Valoushins as well! It should be a fantastic month of writing! I encourage all you writers out there to join me!
Again, sorry for the late update.

Oops, Holiday Monday!
Sorry about the delay on updating my website with the next short story. I was out of town enjoying the long weekend, but I will make sure that I have my update up tomorrow!
Again, sorry about the oops.

Final Wild
The last of “The Wild” is now live on http://www.chaoticgalaxies.com. For those of you who liked our ‘hero’ Asher, don’t worry, this is NOT the last we’ll hear from him. While this conflict has been resolved, there is still more to be learned about Asher’s unexpected visitor. Be assured, you will see more about what sent the visitor to Asher, but not right away.
I hope you enjoyed “The Wild” and I hope you’ll enjoy the other stories I have planned for the Chaotic Galaxies!

The Proofs have arrived!
I have in my hand, the first physical copies of Chaotic Galaxies: The End of Humanity. I can’t explain the excitement and pride I felt as I unwrapped them from their box and held them in my hand for the first time.
There it is! My name! My name on the bottom of a printed book. All my hard work manifested in 159 pages of awesome!
I’ve started to read through my copy, with red pen in hand. (Its the first time I’ve ever marked up a book, it was a very strange feeling when I first scribbled a note in the margin, as if I expected to be sent to the principle’s office for daring to mar the pages of a book!!) To my delight, there are few mistakes, but those that I’ve found (or didn’t find in the case of a few words) seem to smile up at me from the page. (What’s a comma between friends?)
I can’t wait to have this final proof finally edited (and the epubs updated) so that I can jump into my next project! Chaotic Galaxies: Blood! I can’t wait to hold THAT book in my hand as well!

Update Live
Bang!
A puff of loose snow shot up into the air as a bullet sand through the layers of hardened snow to Asher’s left. The flakes floated back to the ground silently.
“Come on out Asher, you can’t hide in the snow forever!” Clemett called out. “It’s not exactly bullet proof after all.”
“The Wild, Part Five”, is now live on http://www.Chaoticgalaxies.com. How will the standoff between Asher and Clemett end?
I’m still waiting for the proofs to arrive for the physical copy of Chaotic Galaxies: The End of Humanity. They’re now four days late *sadface* so I’m pretty sure that they’ve been lost in the mail somehow. With any luck the company will reprint and send me fresh copies so that I can get the proofing procedure complete so the books can go on sale!

Late update, but updated nonetheless!
Late update, but updated nonetheless!
Apparently yesterday was Monday and I forgot to update my site with the latest short story! Luckily I have remembered and the next short story, The Wild, Part Four, is live on the website! Sorry about the delay.
The Wild follows our grumpy mountain man, Asher, after an unexpected guest arrives at his mountain cabin. Come check it out at www.chaoticgalaxies.com. Also feel free to leave any feedback about the story or the way its displayed.
On another topic, Camp NaNoWriMo is starting again this July! Yay! As per the last couple years, I will be attending Camp with the rest of my writing buddies. Instead of starting a new novel this Camp, I will be aiming to complete three Chaotic Galaxies novels which are each sitting around 50k. I’m pretty sure that I’ll be able to finish two for sure, three might be a stretch. So, with any luck, the first draft of Chaotic Galaxies: Fire and Sand (formerly Chaotic Galaxies: The Big Race) and Chaotic Galaxies: The Exile of the Valoushins will be completed by the first of August.
I will also be starting my final edits on Chaotic Galxies: Blood, in hopes that I can have it published by the end of August!

Next installment of “The Wild” up now!
The third part of the short story “The Wild”, starring Asher, is now live! I’ve also started to upload his biography, and will have it completed by next Monday. (though probably sooner) Come see how Asher reacts to his unexpected guest.

I’m curious, what does everything think of such an anti-social main character? Is it harder to enjoy a story when the main character is so grumpy? Leave a comment, let me know!
