Room 416 – A Short Erotica

After slowly undressing me, he threw me playfully onto the bed. I watched as he removed his shirt to reveal his glorious body. His chiseled abs. His V. His strong, muscular arms. His broad shoulders. He climbed onto the bed and spread my knees with his hand.  He knew he had me. I lifted my ass […]

The Leaning Tower of Pisa

Visiting The Leaning Tower of Pisa in Tuscany, Italy was a dream come true.  Climbing it was another story.  I suffer from vertigo and on the way up, I was getting dizzy.  I couldn’t tell what was up and what was down.  But the view from the top was worth the crazy climb.  Because the […]

To the future submissives in the group…

I separated from my second husband.  Yes, congratulations are in order. I could get into the reasons why I left him, but I won’t bore you with the details.  Just know that while I am still alone, I am at least free to do something about it.  I have wanted to try the Dom/sub relationship for a […]

Writing is the easy part…Part One

I never knew that everything that comes after writing would be so difficult: the painful editing process, the confusing publishing process, and the dreaded marketing fiasco. How does one learn to market effectively? I’ve listened to countless webinars on writing the perfect Facebook post. I’ve read numerous books on effective Twitter marketing, which I have come […]

A Review of “Trouble” by Samantha Towle

I really enjoyed reading Trouble. The main character Mia is troubled by her horrific past, which we learn about through effective flashbacks woven into the story. Whenever she is feeling Continue Reading →

After publication…

I officially published “Closer (The Unit)” on June 1, 2014.  I did not have a Facebook release party nor did I announce publication on my blog.  Big mistakes!  Every author I have come into contact with has a release party, if only on Facebook.  My sales have been mediocre, but I have numerous bloggers who have copies of my book.  Expect reviews coming soon!

I am so excited to hear what the bloggers have to say!  So far, all comments have been positive, and I even received my first piece of fan mail!  Words cannot describe how thrilled I was!  The reviews that I have received have all been five stars, with one exception: a Goodreads’ member reviewed it at three stars.

I am really excited.  I want this book to take off and do well, I just don’t know what else I can do to make that happen.  I have advertised on Facebook.  I am going to do a blog tour in August (the book was originally supposed to release in August).  Being an indie author means that one can release a book as soon as everything is ready!  Maybe I should have waited.  I just couldn’t.  I was too excited to have my first book, my baby, out there for the world to enjoy.

To all of those who have purchased a copy: Thank you!  I would love to hear what you think of my novel.  You can contact me through my website: www.sarahgreyson.com.  I would love to talk about the characters and the book with you.

If you have it on your Goodreads’ list, then I look forward to hearing your thoughts after you have read it.

I am half way done with “Stronger (The Unit 2)” and really like where my characters are taking me.  I say that because, even though I have an outline of major scenes, the interaction between the characters is organic and natural, and sometimes I find them reacting to a situation that is completely new and original and not part of my original outline.  It is amazing the way the characters come to life for me.  I live and breathe with them everyday.  I write while I am in the car (I have an app for that), the characters speak to me while I am showering, while I am eating dinner, or most frequently, while I am trying to go to sleep.  I have to get out of bed to write down my ideas.  I LOVE writing!Micahel Closer With Quote1  I hope that you enjoy my writing half as much as I do, that way we both will be happy!

I have included a little teaser from “Closer (The Unit).”  I hope you enjoy the eye candy!  I know I do!

Review of “Closer”

Julie Harthill Clayton with SmartnSassy Reviews said, “Sarah G. Greyson is a self-proclaimed fan of romantic and erotic suspense who hopes that she creates “an intense environment … if only for a few hours.” With her debut novel, Closer, the first in a trilogy, Greyson succeeds in creating such an environment. The book is perfect for a cold, rainy day under the covers, or a hot bubble bath with a glass of wine. Just make sure your door is shut tight. You wouldn’t want anyone else to know just how much fun you’re having with a book.

Emma is a young, extraordinarily intelligent engineer. Her work on “Project Hummingbird,” a prototype to help fight terrorism, means the CIA wants to kill her. The terrorists? They want her breathing. As intellectual as she may be, Emma is a novice when it comes to desires of the heart and the flesh.

Michael is a once rough-and-tumble Green Beret whose numerous tours in Afghanistan have left him crippled by nightmares and PTSD. He’s well versed in the pleasures of the flesh, but his heart could use a refresher course.

When their paths cross in surprising ways the suspenseful action kicks into high gear. Their chemistry ignites fireworks.   Ms. Greyson brings the novel – and our hero and heroine – to more than just a climax or two.

Greyson has a great grasp of timing, rhythm and pacing. Those are great qualities in a novelist—particularly one writing erotic thrillers.”

“Closer” book jacket.

Closer

Contemporary Romantic Suspense

The terrorists want her alive. The CIA wants her dead, and Michael just wants to love her.

Emma, an ingenious female engineer, finds a protector in an unlikely source.

Michael is a warrior, a Green Beret, fresh out of the military. He suffers from PTSD and recurrent nightmares of his five tours in Afghanistan. Something in him fundamentally changes when he meets Emma.

Emma has top-secret clearance for her work on a governmental prototype to help fight the war on terror. She has spent her entire life pursuing her career and developing her brain child labeled Project Hummingbird. She lives in her intellectually driven mind…that is, until Michael begins to awaken something buried deep inside her: something that she didn’t even know existed.

Michael needs to prove to Emma that he is not who she thinks he is. He must work to win her trust and her heart. Will he be able to persuade her to trust him? Will he be able to save her from the dangers that await her? Will he win her heart?

+18 Warning – Intended for mature audiences only.
