The Gothic Spanish Inspiration behind Killian’s Hope

The countdown to the official start of autumn is on and I, for one, could not be happier! Scotch & Sweater Weather be upon us!

In the meantime, I have a special guest on the blog today. Elyzabeth M. VaLey is here to tell us about some of the inspiration behind her latest release, Killian’s Hope, and she’s brought some lovely photos along too…

Almost two years ago, I revisited the city of Barcelona, Spain.

I was getting ready for the release of Max’s Desire, which mainly takes place in Madr...

NEW: Project, Betrayed by J. Hollbrand and E. Monvey

Banner Future Betrayed Series

Boy Howdy! This summer has been a busy one. But there’s still plenty of beach readin’ or, if you’re at all like me, AC readin’ (what can I say? I prefer air conditioning over heat & humidity that has me giving troll dolls a run for their money) to be done. So today I’ve got not just one, but two of  my fellow Evernight Publishing authors, Jacey Holbrand & Elizabeth Monvey, here to tell you all about their latest collaboration. But first, check out their fabulous series trailer…

Thank you for...

Guest Blogger Nicola Cameron is Stealing Dmitri!

Who is Dimitri, you ask? And why is Nicola stealing him? Well, I’ll let her explain because she does a much better job of it than yours truly. I will say this, though – I read Stealing Dmitri in 2014 (when it was published under a different title) and I fell a little bit in love with Ms. Cameron and her writing. It’s safe to say that crush was the basis for a friendship that continues to this day. Solidarity of writers aside, you really must read Stealing Dmitri – it’s a rollicking good time...

Lousy Smarch Weather…

To be fair, it’s been quite lovely the past few days. But, since it is the right month – and it makes my husband quite giddy when it happens – I’ll use any excuse to make a dumb Simpson’s reference.

I’ve been a bit AWOL and out of sorts as of late.

I don’t share much of my personal world online, and that’s not likely to change much to be quite honest. But the recent loss of my beautiful mother-in-law has sort of snuffed out any creative flame that might have burned in my soul. So I felt the n...

Katherine Wyvern: In The Eye of the Wind

I have a treat for you today – a guest! Join me in welcoming the lovely and talented Katherine Wyvern, with her latest release: In the Eye of the Wind.

Hello and thank you for hosting me and my pirate story today! This was such a wonderful book for me to write! It came about by chance when I was drawing an elf, messed up his left eye, and ended up with a one-eyed pirate instead.

I have been afloat on imaginary seas with many favorite authors of mine from Melville, to Conrad, to Patrick O’Bri...

Guest Blogger: H K Carlton – If You Can’t Handle The Heat

Thank you for inviting me to your blog today. I’m doubly excited to share not only the re-launch of, If You Can’t Handle the Heat, but this re-release is also my first self-publishing venture.

This story was previously published with the title If You Can’t Stand the Heat. Though there is a little bit of added content, the story remains relatively the same.

In this erotic story, two very different professionals are brought together as celebrity judges on a reality-based cooking show. Sesto Thé...
