Dear "But Hillary would be the first female president" people
You know what Bernie Sanders would be? The first Jewish President. And alongside that (though it goes without saying) the first non-Christian President.
In a country dominated by Christians, run on their values, and where ‘because the bible says so’ is considered a valid political argument, that’s just as important (if not moreso) as a female president. And while its not ever been as prevalent as racism or mysoginy, antisemitism has played a role in American history (and Western history in general), so this would also be a way to push away from that.
Just thought I’d point this out, since no one seems to be talking about it.
I didn’t know Bernie Sanders was Jewish. This is good information to spread.

she is an undocumented trans woman from mexico and her name is Jennicet Gutiérrez. obama not only told her to be quiet, but he had her escorted from the white house by secret service officers while his mindless supporters cheered.
okay but she did actually interrupt obama while he was speaking. like i get that
being an actual non-white lgbt+ individual, her voice needs to be heard (and i fully support her cause and intentions), but there’s a time and place for everything and she literally interrupted the president of the united states while he was speakingplus she said she had to voice her concerns when he “started to get into his speech on how wonderful everything is,” but she countered by chanting “not one more” and “stop the deportations”. as a fellow mexican, i can respect her fighting the good fight for our people but what exactly does her chanting protest slogans do for us in this situation? you really think he’s gonna stop his pride week speech to hold a discussion with her about these subjects in front of an entire crowd of guests?
nice way to twist the situation to paint obama as some transphobic villain though, love the way you leave it vague enough to make people assume that he was in the wrong
