Press Tv: Israeli lobby dominates US foreign policy & budget
The Israel lobby in the United States is dominating the country’s foreign policy and finances, a political commentator says.
Gilad Atzmon, who is an Israeli-born British novelist, political activist and writer, made the remarks in a telephone interview with Press TV on Saturday, commenting on two American senators’ reassurance to Israel that military aid to Tel Aviv will not wane after the current package worth some $3 billion a year expires in 2017.
“The message is very simple. This is just another proof that American life, American foreign policy, and definitely American budget is dominated by the Jewish lobby that serves primarily Jewish interests,” Atzmon said.
“It is very tragic, especially considering the fact that many American people are struggling, many cities in America are bankrupted or on the verge of bankruptcy, and especially considering the fact that America sacrifices its national interest when it aligns itself with Israel,” he added.

Ali Abunimah introduced his new book, The Battle for Justice in Palestine, to about thirty people at a presentation at UM Dearborn (University of Michigan, Dearborn campus) last Tuesday. I asked him whether, in response to Blake Alcott's request to "bury the hatchet" he would be willing to sit down with Gilad Atzmon and publicly hash out their differences.
"Absolutely not" was his reply, and it actually received a smattering of applause from the audience. I then followed up with a request that, for the benefit of this audience, he briefly describe his differences with Atzmon.
"It's all in the letter" was all he said, and Shaheen (not her real name), the student organizer for the event, supported Abunimah, saying that she had read Alcott's piece and Granting No Quarter: A Call for the Disavowal of the Racism and Anti-semitism of Gilad Atzmon.

Alison Weir’s new book is by far the most comprehensive and precise expose of the depth of Zionist interference with American life in general and the politics of the United States in particular. It is a book every American should obtain, read and discuss openly.
In spite of its succinctness, the book is saturated with information and insights that are backed by valuable historical references and primary source quotes. Since I am an avid reader of modern Jewish history, I was surprised to learn so much from such a relatively short text.
The story that is told by Weir is devastating – for more than a century, a matrix of Jewish political lobbies, pressure groups, media operators and agents within the American government and legal system have been dominating the United States' public life as well as its foreign policy. Consequently, the United States has been operating against its own best interests. It has compromised its most precious principles and even its own security.

Atzmon, a hard leftist, describes himself as a proud self-hating Jew and admits that his ideas derive from a notorious anti-Semite. He denies that the Holocaust is historically proven, but believes that Jews may well have killed Christian children to use their blood to bake Passover Matzah. And he thinks it’s “rational” to burn down synagogues.
Finkelstein believes in an international Jewish conspiracy that includes Steven Spielberg, Leon Uris, Eli Wiesel and Andrew Lloyd Webber! Some of the Soviet Union’s leading anti-Semitic propagandists were Jews.

The Banality Of The Guardian Of Judea

The once well-respected Guardian has been reduced in recent years into a lame Zionist mouthpiece - a light Jewish Chronicle for Gentiles consumption. Last week, the paper launched an attack on Martin Heidegger, the 20th century’s most influential philosopher.
“Heidegger's 'black notebooks' reveal antisemitism at core of his philosophy” the paper’s headline read. But what does that mean? Was Heidegger really a Jew hater? Did he oppose people for being ethnically or ‘racially’ Jewish or was he, instead, critical of Jewish politics, culture, ideology and spirit?
According to the ‘progressive’ British Guardian, the newly published Black Notebooks reveals that Heidegger saw 'world Judaism' as the driver of “dehumanising modernity”.
Needless to mention that we didn’t need a ‘new publication’ to assert that this was Heidegger’s view of Jewish culture and politics. The German thinker, like many of his contemporaries, saw “Jerusalem” as a suppressive and corrupted spiritual, cultural and intellectual influence as opposed to “Athens”, which portrayed in his eyes, the birth of humanism, universalism, aesthetics, ethics and pluralism.
Let’s examine what makes a prominent thinker into an Anti Semite in the eyes of The Guardian. “While distancing himself from the racial theories pursued by Nazi intellectuals, Heidegger argues that Weltjudentum ("world Judaism") is one of the main drivers of western modernity, which he viewed critically.”

2014 National Summit - Reassessing US Israel special relationship (must watch)
One speaker put it this way: "The 'Special Relationship' isn't working! We want it instead to be a "normal" relationship between the U.S. and Israel. We believe that will serve better the "national interests of both countries."
On the agenda as speakers were individuals from the Defense and Law enforcement communities; the Non-Profits and the Public Policy field; former members of the U.S. Congress, to wit: Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-GA) and Rep. Paul Findley (R-IL); along with a host of distinguished authors, law professors, journalists and ex-intelligence officials, from both the military and the civilian side.
A former CIA official, Ray McGovern, raised this issue in his remarks, "Does Israel act like a U.S. ally? In the 1980s, he used to prepare the "President's Daily Brief."
One of the speakers that brought the capacity audience to its feet with a standing ovation was Ernie A. Gallo. He's an author and the President of the "USS Liberty Veterans Association." He was a survivor of the Israeli attack on the "USS Liberty." Gallo's 2013 book is titled: "Liberty Injustices: A Survivor Account of American Bigotry."
