Victimhood vs. Victims
The Sound of Resistance
Hamas has posted a Hebrew version of one of its battle songs in the latest act of psychological warfare.
The original Arabic version of “Shake Israel’s Security” has long been a popular anthem of the Islamist movement’s military wing, the Ezz Al Deen Al Qassam Brigades.
On Israeli Defeat And The Future of Jewish Politics

Alimuddin Usmani interviews Gilad Atzmon
Alimuddin Usmani: After "Cast lead" in 2009 and "Pillar of defense" in 2012, the Israeli army has launched operation "Protective edge" in July, 2014 against Gaza. What is the purpose of these repeated large scale military operations?
Gilad Atzmon: It is important to note that Israel hasn't won a single military battle since 1973. True, it has killed many Arabs, but it hasn't managed to achieve any of its military objectives.
Israel’s military domination has been sustained by the power of deterrence. The strategy was to force Arabs to avoid conflict by threatening that they could lose everything. This week has shown that this trick won't work anymore. Palestinian resistance has sprung back to life. Israel can not solve its problems by military means. The situation is desperate for the Israelis. They have started to realize that they are stuck within a political, ideological and cultural stalemate. Israel is unable to conjure an image of a resolution. There is no prospect of future for the Jewish State.
Furthermore, the Jewish left's blatant lie that the ‘occupation is the problem’ has been exposed this week as we witness Israeli Arab citizens chased by Jewish mobs. As we know, the right-wing call for mass expulsion of all Arabs from Israeli territory is becoming increasingly popular within Israel. This brutal ‘solution’ is totally consistent with Jewish supremacist culture and ideology. After all, Jews, and I mean both Zionists and anti, like to operate within a Jews only environment. But can Israel rid itself of the Palestinians. This is exactly what the Right wing parties within the coalition promise to do.
Mohammed Omer: As civilian death toll rises in Gaza, Hamas sees growing local support
GAZA CITY – Deep below the ground, scattered in hide outs and out of sight, most of Hamas’ leadership is in a familiar survival mode, trying to make it difficult for Israeli air strikes to target them.
Above the ground, however, Israeli forces have continued to target their homes and families with F16 missiles – and regularly, locals say, hit the wrong targets and instead hit entire families that have nothing to do with the group.
Yet despite the rising death toll and destruction across Gaza, there is a general feeling here on Friday that the more Israel pounds the Strip, the more popular Hamas becomes, a turnaround for the organisation whose popularity has taken a nosedive during its seven year governance of Gaza.
“In the past, we used to put the responsibility of the siege that we are suffering from on Hamas due to their policies in governing Gaza,” Mofeed Abu Shamala, editor and chief of Gaza’s Al Mujtama newspaper. “But during the Israeli aggression, we think highly of Hamas and I feel they start to get more popular among the population.”
On Friday, Israeli F16s and rockets continued to torment the Gaza Strip killing 105 Palestinians, injuring at least 750 and turning more than 200 homes to rubble, leaving thousands of men, women and children homeless, their possessions destroyed and lives in tatters.

The Rocket is a message
By Gilad Atzmon
The Rocket is a message"
Israelis! You are on stolen land! You took our houses, villages, cities, fields and orchards. You pushed us into the desert. You surrounded us with barbed wire. You starve us and you kill us simply to suit your political ambitions. So this rocket is a message to you all. Think about us and then look at yourself in the mirror. Enough is enough!’
For more than six decades the Israelis have dismissed this message. They surrounded themselves with ghetto walls and have sealed their skies with an Iron Dome. However, with Tel Aviv now under attack, Israel and Israelis have been confronted with their original sin.

Tony Blair - a 'Peace Envoy' or an Israeli Ambassador? (must watch)
Tony Blair is not a Sabbath Goy, he actually works for Israel 24/7. In this shameless performance on Ynet (11/7/2014), Israel’s most popular media outlet, Blair misses an opportunity to communicate with Israelis and explain to them for the first time the context in which the conflict is taking place. Blair obviously prefers not to upset the Israelis. Bearing in mind the scale of the crimes Blair committed in Iraq on behalf of Israel and the Jewish Lobby, it is understandable. Israel is probably the only country that is willing to give him a shelter.
Apparently, in the last seven years, Peace Envoy Tony Blair has visited Gaza only once.
Barb Weir apologizes to Diane Sawyer
By Barb Weir
Diane Sawyer, Anchorwoman
ABC World News
Dear Diane,
I confess that I am the source of the problems on your Wednesday, July 9, 2014, ABC World News show. Here’s what happened.
I was visiting my friend, Faye Kenooz who is one of the junior editors for your show. She was editing the segment and asked my advice.
“What are you looking for?” I asked.
“I’ve been told to come up with footage that shows how desperate the Israeli plight is with all the rockets being fired from the Gaza Strip,” replied Faye, “and I’ve got only ten minutes to come up with it and the script, too.”
“So what footage did you find so far?”
“I have a shot of a baby crying when it was woken up by the sirens.”
“That’s not much. They aren’t even Hamas sirens.”
“That’s what I thought, too, so I found a shot of an old lady in a wheelchair being wheeled into a bomb shelter, but I’m not sure it comes across as desperation.”
“Don’t you have something that shows blood, pain, death and massive destruction? That’s what they want.”
“You don’t understand, Barb. There haven’t been any casualties. Not even wounded, and very little damage. And now I have only five minutes before showtime!”
