Peeping

I dropped down on the ground, flattened myself against the wall, and banged my head against the rough bricks. I was so fucking careless!
He starred in most of my daydreams and after painstaking preparation I’d finally caught him undressed. I had to look again. Slowly my fingertips found the window-ledge and I peeked over the frame. He was right there, pale and wide-eyed. Typical, now I’d scared him.
The bombarding flashes had me momentarily blinded. How...

A christmas Princess

On the twenty-second I had a Christmas flash published over at Saturday Night Reader. It’s only 800 words or so so you have time to read it. Danny doesn’t want to open his gifts because he knows they’re not what he wants, but maybe sometimes wishes do come true. Find out here.

Ho Ho Ho

The cold licked at my skin as I slid out of my clothes. Fucking winter—it would be worth it to see Jonah’s face, though. A smile stretched my lips. I wanted to eat him up. He’d been all stuttery and cute when he’d asked if I could come as Santa to the party. I would be Santa for him all night long. Chuckling I wound the tinsel around my neck, sprinted to the door, and knocked.
My “Ho, ho, ho,” was cut off by a woman’s shriek.
“Adam?” Jonah’s wide-eyed s...

”This is ridiculous.” I tried to smooth out the…skirt? Kilt?
“No, it’s not. You know how obsessed he is with those corny historical romance novels.”
“What am I, Roman? I’m pretty sure they had tunics—this feels like a porn shoot.” I held up the shield. Way too small to hide behind.
“I know!” Kev beamed. “He’s gonna cream his pants.” He lowered his voice, “Here he comes.”
I ignored my sweaty palms and steeled myself for the laugh I knew would come. The jo...

Flash Fic Holiday Blog Hop

The Flash Fiction Holiday Blog Hop is here! The stories in the blog hop are written with the photo above as inspiration, they do all fit under the GLBTQ umbrella, and they should include three things:

A winter holiday theme

A “bad boy” character

A gift of some kind

To read the other authors’ stories, click on the blue frog and you’ll be taken to their links.

The Porcelain Santa
Sprawled on the window seat, I watched the snow falling outside. I love this time of year, love the preparations, the anti...

From All of Us to All of You

It’s out! Well, it’s been out for awhile, but today is the first time you can buy it as a stand-alone outside of Boughs of Evergreen: A Holiday Anthology. So if you’re up for a short holiday read… All the proceeds goes to The Trevor Project.

From All of Us to All of You takes place in Sweden. It starts with the celebrations of Saint Lucia Day which is a festival of light. This time of year it’s pretty dark in the cold north, so we Scandinavians dress up in white dresses, put candles in our hai...

Like Flying

“We could just jump,” he said looking down the edge as he wiped his eyes.
“We’re not going to jump.”
“It wouldn’t have to be like we jumped, we could…just fall. It would be like flying.”
“Yeah…till we hit the ground.”
“Maybe we wouldn’t feel it, maybe it would be like falling for all eternity.”
“There are so many more things I would like to do with you than just fall.”
A blush crept up his dejected face, “Yes…but I’m so tired.”
“I know. Let’s run away.”
Th...

The boyfriends

small__8385841004

“You make me so happy,” he said and kissed me.
Every time I saw him it was as if someone had poured a soft drink into my bloodstream—I was all bubbly, and happy, and free. I thought maybe, maybe, he was The One.
As I turned around, taking in his home, my gaze fixed upon a photo on the wall. “Erm…who are those guys?”
“Huh?”
“Those.” I pointed at the men, the eight men, that were making out on his wall.
“Oh, they’re my boyfriends. You’ll love them, and you’re just their type. They’ll be here any mi...

Boughs of Evergreen

In a few days, November 21st, Boughs of Evergreen: A Holiday Anthology will be up for sale. Now, I know that you probably don’t drop by here to get book recommendations, but I would like to say a few words about this anthology.

It’s twenty-three stories penned by twenty-four authors from the UK, the USA, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. The stories are written to celebrate diversity, both cultural and within the LGBTQ community. But, here’s the most important thing—the proceeds goes to The Trev...
