Do you have anxiety issues like me? I ask because I’ve recently been thinking a lot about how we trap our minds and how to set that free. I struggle with chronic pain issues. I remembered a friend saying how she uses some herbal remedies for her pain, so I looked up herbs for myself.. Then, I thought about how I always get anxious, worrying I said the wrong thing, maybe I shouldn’t have said that or done that. Then I bought a microphone to record an audiobook version of my novel. “Am I wasting my time doing this?”
I used to do that when I recorded Youtube videos. Someone told me “Who cares man, own that shit! Treat it like its your domain! Nobody can stop you in your domain!” Also means wear your anxiety and other issues with pride.
