CRASHED Release Day!
I'm so excited to finally share CRASHED, the first book in my Axle Alley Vipers series with you! I had so much fun writing these books, but out of the three of them, the most challenging was definitely Alex and Deacon's story. Alex is a tough cookie, but due to past hurts, extremely vulnerable. Which meant Deacon had to go to some, um...extremes to break through that tough exterior and find his way back into her heart! ;-)

It's been a while since we visited the Black Hills pack in LONE WOLF'S CAPTIVE, so I'm super excited to finally have Gabe and Tressa's story available for you! I'm a sucker for second chance/reunion stories, which is another reason I loved writing A WOLF'S DECEPTION. And Tressa and Gabe have a painful history full of secrets, betrayal, and heartache. ‘What business is it of yours?’ she asked coldly, and was rewarded by the flicker of doubt in his intense blue gaze.
‘None!’ he almost yelled the word at her. ‘None,’ he repeated more quietly, and the intensity of his gaze deepened as awareness overrode her anger. Her body seemed drawn to his against her will and she swayed towards him before her mind had registered her body’s surrender. She felt his arms crush her and his mouth descended with clear purpose towards her own. His groan against her lips spoke of the remnants of his anger and the frustration of his reaction even as he raided her mouth with abandon bordering on desperation. Trish could no more help her answering response than she could stop the moan that escaped her own lips as his tongue sought and gained entry to the sweetness within.
‘God,’ he moaned against her lips, ‘what you do to me.’ His hands ran up and down her back in a gloriously possessive gesture and Trish’s fingers were inexorably drawn to his silky hair as she luxuriated in the feel of the soft, fragrant strands.
The sound of the kitchen door being opened behind them caused them to start back guiltily as they once more became aware of their surroundings.

Alexa Bravo “self-published” her first manuscript at age 12, when she typed a one-page romance story in the seventh grade and gave it to the girl sitting next to her in class to read. Before she knew it the story had been passed along from classmate to classmate and Alexa was getting requests for more stories and taking reservations for those already in circulation. It's alive!! Release day - Lone Wolf's Captive!
It’s finally here! Release day! I’ll be honest, at times I wondered if it would ever happen. April will mark the fifth year in my journey to becoming a published author.
When I finally “came out” to my family and told them I’d been writing romance and wanted to be a published author, they encouraged me. I’m lucky like that; not only is my husband extremely supportive, but my parents have never once told me I wasn’t capable of achieving what I set out to.
But as much as they wanted me to succeed, I’m sure they never expected it…not at first, anyway. As a child I did art classes, guitar lessons, and after watching the Olympics one year, harassed my mother into taking me to gymnastics so I could twirl one of those ribbons on a stick and win a gold medal when I grew up. I also had a horse because I wanted to be a jockey *snort* Yeah, let’s not talk about that one. And let’s not forget the sewing machine when I decided I could be a fashion designer. Later in life I had plenty of grand ideas, I even went to cooking school because I wanted to be a chef. Turns out I just loved to eat!
What I’m trying to say is, it’s taken me a while to find that one thing. My thing. I’m lucky, not everyone finds it—their passion. So no matter how hard the journey, or how long it took me to get here, I wouldn't change one single thing :-)
Anyway, enough with the rambling! At the end of the day, I’m just glad that finally someone besides my wonderful, patient, but constantly harassed sister will get to read this story!
