Release Day??? So Where's the Fucking Book?

Hmmmmm. So, I uploaded the book. I did everything right, and now I don't have an Amazon link. I also don't have an explanation. I wish I did - I hate that I don't have any control over this. There's nothing I can do but write WTF emails and sit and drink myself into oblivion (which I intend to do as soon as I'm done with this post).
