State of the collection on my birthday! I have some cheaper knives also, but I dropped them off to get sharpened earlier today after officially giving up trying to sharpen my own knives. I found a place I should have known about long ago that will do it for me! The rex45 shaman was my b day present to myself, but I am making myself wait till july to carry/use it officially :).

This old baby Houdini kitty, nearly 16 now and toothless, just caught the one rat in my house that has refused to die or be caught for months. She handed him over quite peacefully and received extra food for handing him over. He is currently in a tightly shut trash can and will be released back into the wild far away from my house. Very good kitty.

Finally! After six months of reloading multiple shop pages every day, I caught my first spyderco sprint run! Rex 45 Shaman in burnt orange!! I wanted a Shaman, but made myself wait for this sprint run to own one because of the blade steel and color. I didn’t think I would ever see a better looking Shaman, but then they showed the zwear/micarta sprint run for xmas and…let’s just say I may end up owning two :). It’s so beefy and sturdy, fits perfectly in the hand. Can’t wait to put some use on this bad boy.
