Emergence: Return of Magic book 1

New book coming.

New Book coming, aiming for March first.
Emergence: Return of Magic 01.
I'm stretching again, a new genre for me, and going for more of an epic or sword and sorcery fantasy for the next book coming out. Think end of the world as we know it, magic, elves, dragons, sorcery, necromancy, gods, demi-gods, magic swords, and... aliens.
That's right, I said aliens. But probably not what your thinking.
So... erotic epic fantasy.
I'm also spending more time than ever on my antagonists.
Got about forty eight K done on it already, and the ending for book one planned out. I'm not sure how many books I have for this universe, but the major plot for book one will be tied up in book one, No nasty cliff hangers. It won't be HEA, but it will definitely have a life goes on closure to it.

Cytherean Chronicles book 3 on hold
So, I got to about... 10K words and had to stop. I like the new plot idea, and all that, but I ran into a wall with the character growth and a few other technical issues.
Honestly, the way I plotted it out, there was just too much sex in it, as a result it would have read like one of my very early works, which I didn't want.
Secondly, I have way too many points of view, with five mates now, a new one coming, and all the bad guys it was getting ridiculous, so I might have to seriously cut back on POVs, or maybe just split them up so there's only two or three between each Justin.
What does that mean?
Well, it means I need to re-prioritize some things in my head before I get back to it. It's still coming, just not... next.
In the meantime I've got thirty K typed out on another book, a new sci-fi/romance, which I'm not talking about until it's ready... to avoid more posts such as this one.

Sentient: Evolution upcoming new book.
Just an update.
I started on Sentient: Evolution, just have a little over two thousand words down so far, but I've got a fair idea of how it's going to go.
The book is jumping quite a bit into the future, Aide is really the only old character still around. (Since that's really who the book is about.)
It's the only way it will work, since I painted myself in an HEA corner at the end of book one.
Anyway, I'm aiming for sometime this month, probably closer to the end of it, before I'm finished.

What's coming next?
If anyone is curious what I'm up to now that I'm done with Ashley's daughters, I am working on a new book.
The tentative title is A Shadow Thief's Magic, though I reserve the right to change it before I publish, the story is still unfolding.
It's another story based on the idea of someone here on our Earth getting taken to a different world where magic is real etc...
Unlike most in this genre (including mine) where they become a powerful mage that blows over the competition, it's a bit more subtle where problems and fights are solved by his wits (along with a little magic and help from others) instead.
He's also a thief, so a little more rough around the edges than most of my protagonists.
I expect this will be a stand alone title and as a result larger in size, so it will take me a bit longer to finish up. I'm currently just over 20K words.
After that? I'm thinking either a third Cytherean Chronicle (I've gotten a lot of requests for one), or a second Sentient book. I'm even kicking around the idea of another dragon slayer short novella.
In summation, I won't run out of ideas for a while.
