New 'Box Set' Available

Hey, guys! Just a quick note that the first three books in The Prodigy Chronicles are now available as a "set" in ebook and paperback formats.

This option came about for a couple of reasons. The first is so that Kindle Unlimited readers can try all three books with one borrow. Secondly, I've had readers ask for a way to purchase the paperbacks as a group. They've always been available separately, and this can get pricey for those who want them all at once at reasonable shipping costs...

Available Now - Gauntlet

Well, it's finally here! After implementing lots of helpful feedback from my editor, I'm pleased to announce that the Kindle version of Gauntlet is now available on Amazon. By far the most complex book in the series, this one levels up on action, politics, and technology. Older plot threads are neatly tied, while new ones come into play. You'll meet some new characters, too!

You can purchase directly or read it for free on Kindle Unlimited. Click on the links below for a previe...

Gauntlet Release Update

Hello! A quick FYI regarding Gauntlet's release date. Originally, I was shooting for August 25th. Due to the massive amount of time it took me to finalize the manuscript, I'm pushing the release to (hopefully) next month. Editing over 150,000 words took way longer than I thought, lol. But I turned the file over to my editor, and we're shooting for late September. That will depend greatly on the amount of revising I need to do, so I'll continue to post updates out here and on my Facebook pag...

Gauntlet Teaser 6-9-21

 GAUNTLET (Edit Phase)

Chapter 37 Teaser

“Consider it done.” Rising, he tucked a startled Ollie in beside me, and I took advantage of his closeness by wrapping my arms around his neck. Sighing, I drew him in close for a hug.

“Willow,” he laughed. “I need to go.”

“A moment longer.” Holding him tightly, I soaked in the heat emanating from his body. My lips twitched when he snuggled his face into my neck. His arm snaked around me, pulling me against him. “Just what I neede...

New Mimic Trailer

Hello and Happy Monday!

Just popping in to announce that the new trailer for Mimic is out. I'm super impressed with the designer putting these together. She does a fantastic job with music selection, special effects, and phrase timing. If you haven't caught the trailer on social media, here it is:

(Trailer Design by TIA Design Services)

She's currently working on the Gauntlet trailer, which I will share at some point during the book launch. And speaking of Gauntlet, I include...

TPC Series Makeover!

Exciting news...The Prodigy Chronicles is getting a brand new look!

How did this all come about? Well, I was thinking about a potential cover for Gauntlet (which is almost finished) and kept struggling with how to embody its message using the butterfly theme in the other covers. Somewhere in that mental process, I thought...hey, what about a new direction?

Hence, the rebrand. Brainstorming with Savana, my cover designer, I opted for a fresh, colorful look using 3D models and sci-fi eleme...

Gauntlet Teaser #4

From Chapter 34

(rough draft phase)

Combined-energy punches surged from my palm. Penetrating the shell around me with ease, they slammed into the newly fortified training dome wall and disappeared. I lowered the shell, pushed out of Kristoffe’s arms, and went to inspect the point of impact.

Not bad. No melting, no drops of goo.

“Satisfied?” he asked.

The smirk in his tone matched the one I found on his face when I turned to answer him. “That depends. Is the impact clean becau...

Gauntlet Teaser #3

From Chapter 33

(rough draft phase)

Reece said nothing for several moments. The wariness I'd sensed in him earlier was still present, a wispy cloud imprisoned by restraint. He seemed to be fighting it. I waited in silence, my fingers crossed.

“I’ll make you a deal,” he said at last.

What? Now, I was wary. “A deal?”

“Most of what I know is classified,” he went on, “but there are some small details I can share without violating my officer oath. I will tell you as much as I can....
