[LOST IN THE WILD]is a writing mix for adventurous spirits and poor fools. Your compass has stopped working. You have no food, or water. Will you find a way out, or will the denizens of this place find you first?
This playlist contains 16 of my favorite tracks for writing about savage nature, survival, and the unknown. This mix evolves like a living story, at first the music is peaceful, almost relaxing, as though you’re hiking and enjoying the view… but soon, the mood changes. Nature shows h...

There are a thousand-and-one things I have been meaning to say, but I have been so busy with real life. It’s kind of funny, you know? Some days I am able to unwind, lean back, actually think a day ahead— and other days I am running up and down, getting up at 5AM and not getting home until 10PM. At least work has been good. Lot’s of writing. I was able to revive the current project— which is funny, because the book is about a character who happens to be undead (I am SO funny I swear you guys...

My villain is a mole on the hero team, but for some reason, whenever I try to reveal this, it comes off as Deus Ex Machina. They feel fully developed, but I know that I can't hint towards their true identity. So, how can I not hint at something, then revea
Hello there, reasonably-stressed writerly friend~ ♥︎
I totally understand where you are coming from. This is actually hand-in-hand with a few questions I got about writing Mystery novels. After all, how do you keep the twist a secret without making it come out of nowhere, and without foreshadowing it to all hell?
Before we begin, though— I don’t want to be the Word Czar, but I have to clarify your use of the term ‘Deus Ex Machina' (I totally got what you meant, but I want to make this clear so...

I’M BAAACK!
Write about a character who happens to be a supernatural creature, and a total prankster. The catch? This character was recently banished using magic. Double catch? They just found a way to get back, and they are ready to get revenge on whoever banished them.
