Bentwhistle - Dragon or Human?
I would like to introduce Paul Cude!Paul was one of the first author's I connected with as I was learning how to negotiate Twitter. His concept for dragons is unique and caught my eye immediately. I was pleased when he accepted my offer to post an interview with him on my blog.
So Paul, when did you decide to become a writer/where did the passion for writing start?I can remember having a distinct passion for writing around the age of nine or ten. I used to be glued to comic books, and let...

Mistletoe Kisses & Christmas Wishes: An Interview with the authors!
Welcome to my author spotlight. I believe that publicity is cooperation not competition. After all, when you get done with a book, you need a new one. In that light, here is my interview with Tamara Ferguson and Allyson Abbott. I hope you will take the time to check them out along with the Blue Dragon's Geas Series. I am still in the process of the final story of the series. Allyson and Tamara have great reads for you in the meantime.

The Black Dragon
Black Dragon by sandara on DeviantArt
I have come across research that black dragons are evil, mean and extremely cunning. This has not been my experience. They are cunning, make no bones about that. They will lash out at anything that moves if they are hungry. This unfortunately has led to the death of clutch mates if the mother is not present at the hatching.
It can't be easy being a creature that breathes acid. It wears at their face scales, creating a pocked mark face and often it can...

Strange Things Writers Research
Today, I am researching hurricanes and specifically storm surges. What kind of an effect would a storm surge have on the trench. Could it reach the tiers? What would happen to the people who were caught in its wake. What if a tidal bore were occurring at the same time? I love being a writer. I learn such fascinating things.

Dragons in Combat!
Dragons have been interviewed, photographed and drawn in so many of their elements. In combat has to be the most dangerous dragon form to observe. The chance of being caught in breath weapon overshoots is but one of the risks. Today, I will share with you all that I have learned. I hope that other dragonologists will add their own observations of the dragons they have had the privilege to study.
A Dragon on the ground is just as deadly as in the air.
