The truth is, these numbers don't lie. But that is just the beginning of this story. What, then, are they really telling us? We know women write. We know women read. It's time to begin asking why the 2010 numbers don't reflect those facts with any equity.

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow
My poem "Nascent" appears in the new issue of Barn Owl Review and my poem, "My Body as a Communist Country" appears in the new Copper Nickel - two of my favorite journals. Both of these poems are from my new manuscript. Yay!___In preparation for today's snow storm I bought brownie mix and cookie dough.
