Tuesday Teaser
I blink and open my eyes to stare at the unfamiliar white ceiling, a dull throbbing at the back of my head. My throat is dry and I swallow with effort, waiting for something familiar to come to me, but there is nothing—just the white ceiling and more of the throbbing beneath my scalp. Buffalo Cauliflower Bites & Giveaway!!!
Most everyone loves Buffalo wings, but we don’t love all of the calories, here is a great alternative.
HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!!
BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons oil
cup Franks Red Hot sauce
1 tablespoon butter
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Place foil in a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray, set aside.
