plot

I'm sitting in my backyard in the sunshine, plotting out my next book. The weather is beautiful and the breeze is really nice. Looking over some notes on Joseph Cambell and Blake Snyder.

New Books

I'm working through the editing process of a new book called Divine Children. I'm really excited about it. The first draft is finished and I have a few trusted people reading it currently. I am also working on another idea called Resurrectors... or at least that's the working title right now. We'll see what happens.

World Builder

I found that as I wrote World Builder, the world that these characters lived in became more and more immersive. At first the Observer was sort of removed and distant, but as I went along I got deeper into his mind and found that I really began to sympathize with his situation. What would it be like to be stranded on a planet that is not your home, with no memories, and an insatiable urge to observe and catalogue? This question is what drove the first few chapters of the book. As his powers are revealed it is quickly apparent that he is not fully using his abilities to their maximum affect.

World Builder

World Builder was my first book officially. Before that I had written a number of screen plays and other various works. Nothing really got me excited like this story did. I love books like CS Lewis' space trilogy, and that inspired me to dream a little about the hidden world that we don't see. I really am itching to get this story out there because it was such a special adventure to me. Please take a look at World Builder.
