On Feb. 17, Hero author Perry Moore passed away from an apparent overdose of pain medication. Moore also produced the Narnia movies; details about his projects appear at MovieWeb and doorQ. The novel Hero involves a gay teen who joins a group of superheroes. I had written an extremely brief review of Hero, which follows.I grew up loving DC Comics superheroes, so I enjoyed the many nods to them
