出生於台北，從小自加拿大長大。
1999年以歌手身份出道發行首張專輯「我不是她」。
超過20年的電台主持資歷，曾任飛碟電台、台北之音、中央廣播電台DJ。
電視節目主持資歷超過15年，節目類型橫跨綜藝、談話、生活、娛樂、音樂、外景。曾任金曲獎評審、廣播金鐘獎紅毯主持、亞太影展紅毯主持。
