The book about the soul is published!

Awaiting Light

Of all the books I have been privileged to create, this book, Awaiting Light—Understanding the Development of the Soul, is the most exciting.

It explains how our souls are formed, how we connect—or don’t connect—with our souls during our life, and the journey of the soul after death. I received each word from Spiritual Presence, and the process of the writing was an adventure!

This fascinating book is available for purchase at http://www.amazon.com/Awaiting-Light-Understanding-Development-Exist...

Moving to the beat of the fight

incorrect

The news is full of stories about threats, bloodshed, and revenge. There are people who are unable to get along with other people, and they drag innocents into their madness. Wars, gang fights, tribal skirmishes, and individual anger explosions—all lead to upheaval and cruelty. Other causes of upheaval and cruelty are incorrect beliefs of superiority and deservedness.

Today, I was thinking about how our lives are so manipulated by the violence and intimidation around us. My thoughts reminded m...

Giving up is not the best option

Graphic-giving up article

Sometimes it is easier to give up than to fight for, aim for or live for. Giving up is one way to determine, but it is also a way to destroy. Both results can occur when a person gives up—be it fighting for a cause or fighting for continued life. Giving up determines that efforts will stop and that future possibilities are destroyed.

Yes, people need to know when a struggle is not possible, but not before they attempt and attempt again and try anew. Acknowledging defeat causes lowered balance...

The sense of self—the sixth sense

sense of self

While writing Awaiting Light—Understanding the Development of the Soul, I learned that there is a sixth sense: “The senses develop in staggered pairings (taste and touch, sight and smell, hearing and the sense of self [one’s boundaries])…”.

The sense of self is awareness of oneself separate from others, awareness of boundaries, and awareness of one’s body. An infant normally develops these awarenesses unless interference has occurred. Interference can be natural (such as complications during t...

The soul-color attribute Shade and its Moral Boundaries setting

Shade-moral boundaries setting

The previous blog post explains the color attributes of the soul, one of which is Shade. Shade has several actions that determine the comfort a person feels in his or her surroundings. One of these actions is the sense of morality, the ability to naturally know right and wrong. Each person has a morality setting that guides. Here is an excerpt from Awaiting Light—Understanding the Development of the Soul:

“The society in which one lives pushes against the natural moral-balance boundaries setti...

The color of your soul

(taken from my article “What Color Is Your Soul?” on Healing.Answers.com)

parachute

Each person has individualized likes and dislikes, personality traits, reactions, and habits. These individualized self-definitions are influenced by genetics, family influence, societal influence, and the times in which the person lives. Beyond these influences is the influence of the soul.

When a person is born, he or she is the recipient of a soul and this soul brings color—soul-color. The color of the soul is the star...

Huff’d n’ puff’d today

Following the advice I received from Spiritual Presence to do the Huff n’ puff exercise, I did the exercise today. I had been resisting doing the exercise regularly, but today I was determined to get outside and do it.

While doing the exercise outside in my backyard, I looked at a flowering hibiscus tree, at basil growing in my little vegetable garden, at the lemons growing on the lemon tree, at my neighbor’s young olive tree, at my dog (not the dog in the video), at birds walking around on th...

“…the color that defines each person’s soul”

Soul color 2

An excerpt from Awaiting Light—Understanding the Development of the Soul:

The souldetermines personality, the types of things that draw our interest and attention, our pace in absorbing information and performing activities, our pull towards certain times of the day and seasons, our comfort with temperature and weather variations/frequencies, our moods and mood overall, our intuition, and our drive to live. The soul affects healthand well-being, and generally works to keep the body in balance....

Beyond

beyond--awaiting light

Beyond what we know and beyond what we see cycle Spiritual Presence energy. This energy oversees all aspects of life. Beyond life contains more than we can understand; however, some of beyond life is opened to us in the book Awaiting Light—Understanding the Development of the Soul.

Here is some of the information I have received from Spiritual Presence about the soul’s journey before life:

“When a soul-palisadeis needed to form a soul,a moment is reserved for the soul-palisade to open to the un...

Soul-color

Soul color

I am about to release the fifth book in the Existence-Me Elevated Living book series. It is called Awaiting Light—Understanding the Development of the Soul. Here are excerpts from the book:

“Soul-color forms the personality of the soul. The soul has four attributes that combine to individualize each soul. The four soul-color attributes are shade, hue, contrast, and coloration.”

“Thesoul has color that determines personality characteristics, likes, dislikes, temperament, etc. Thesoul-colorcomes...
