آء ايس آء، را، ۽ سي آء اي بابت سچ جيڪو دنيا بدلائي ڇڏي ٿو!

 آء ايس آء، پاڪستان جي درخواست تي منهنجي جسم ۾ سي آء اي ۽ راف طران هندستان جي پرڏيهي معاملن جي وزارت ذريعي منهنجي جسم هڪ مائڪروچپ داخل ڪيو ويو.
  هيء چپ ڪافي وقت کان منهنجي جسم جي عضون ۽ حياتي تي نقصانڪار اثر ڇڏي ٿي. هي مائڪروچپ سيٽلائٽ سان ڳنڍيل آهي، ۽ اها تنتي ڳانڍاپي تي بيٺل ٽيڪنالاجيء کي انساني دماغ تي استعمال ڪري ڪرائي ٿي.هيئن آهي ته انساني دماغ ذريعي، هي ٽيڪنالاجي انساني جسم کي نقصان پهچائيندي آهي. 
هي مائڪروچپ تي بيٺل ٽيڪنالاجي کي پڻ  هڪ انتظام آهي، جنهن جي ذريعي آئي ايس آئي، را ۽ سي آء اي جي گفتگو منهنجي ڪنن تائين پهچي ٿو ۽ مان ٻڌان ٿو. اهو 2015 کان وٺي اڄ تائين جاري آهي. اهڙيون سڀ ڳالهيون سي آء اي، را ۽ آئي ايس آئي وٽ آڊيو_وڊيو نموني سان رڪارڊ ٿيل آهن. مان انهن ڳالهين مان مختصرترين حقيقتن کي ونڊي رهيو آهيان، جيڪي سرڪاري طور ڀارت، پاڪستان ۽ امريڪا جي رڪارڊ تي آهي.

 اڳ ۾، هي ٽيڪنالاجي منهنجي يادگيرين کي پڙهي ٿي طئي ڪرڻ لاء  ته ڇا ذوالفقار شاهه پاڪستان لاء هڪ سيڪيورٽي خطرو آهي يا نه   ڇاڪاڻ ته آء ايس آء اي 2012 ۾ ۽ ان کان پوء 2013 ۾ دعوا ڪئي ته ذوالفقار شاهه پاڪستان لاء هڪ خطرو آهي. اهو امريڪا، برطانيا، ڀارت، نيپال ۽ افغانستان سان ونڊيل هئي.منهنجن يادگيرين کي پڙهڻ وارو اهو عمل 2016 جي پهرين ٽماهيء ۾ مڪمل ٿي ويو هيو.  نه سيڪورٽي خطري واريون شيون يا اخلاقي مسئلو منهنجي يادگيرين ۾ هيو. ترت پوء يادگيرين کي پڙهڻ جي تڪميل کان، آئي ايس آئي جي  هڪ ٻئي شعبي هن ٽيڪنالاجي جو زور زبردستي ۽ بنااجازت قبضو ڪري ورتو ۽ امريڪا ۽ هندستان سان نفرت جو اعلان ڪيو. مان اهو ونڊڻ چاهيان ٿو ته هي ٽيڪنالاجي امريڪا جي ملڪيت آهي ۽ هندستان  بااختيار آهي ڳن جي ايشيا ۾ استعمال لاء.
ان شيئر ڪرڻ چاهيان ٿو ته هي ٽيڪنالاجي امريڪا جي ملڪيت جي ملڪيت آهي ۽ هندستان باختيار آهي ان جي ايشيا ۾ استعمال لاء.    آئي ايس آئي جي نئين شعبي پڻ منهنجي ياداگيرين کي پڙهڻ شروع ڪيو. نه هيو ڪوبه پر تشدد، پاڪستان مخالف ۽ جاسوسي ايجنسين سان لاڳاپيل منهنجي ياداشتن ۾ مواد. آئي ايس آء جي دعوي ته ذوالفقار شاهه  پاڪستان کي سلامتي خطرو آهي غلط ثابت ٿيو. ان دوران آئي ايس آئي   پنهنجن ضلعي ۽ صوبائي عملدارن کي چيو ته رپورٽون شيئير ڪيو ذوالفقار شاه بابت هندستان ۽ آمريڪا جي سامهون. انهن رپورٽون شيئير ڪيون. انهن رپورٽن مطابق مون ۾ ڪجھ به اڻائي ناهي. ٺيڪ ان وقت، ايم آء پاڪستان سنڌ جي عملدار آئي ايس آئي اسلام آباد سان شيئر ڪيو ته انهن اڳي ئي مڪمل ڪئي آهي جاچ ذوالفقار شاه بابت جيڪا  ختم ٿي  2012 جي مهڙ ۾. ڪا به اڻائي نه ملي هن ۾. بعد ۾،  ڊسمبر 2017 ۾ ٻيهر ڊائريڪٽر جنرل آئي ايس آئي جي هڪ سينئر ڊپٽي چيو ته ذوالفقار شاهه خلاف ڪجهه به ناهي مليو، ان کان پوء مون لاء "صاف سٿرو" لفظ چيو. هي سينيئر آفيسر هڪ سنڌي هو. هن پڻ رها ڪرڻ جا حڪم جاري ڪيا فاطمه ۽ مون لاء ته جيئن اسان تي  ٽيڪنالاجي جو استعمال ڪرڻ روڪجي.  آئي ايس آئي جي هڪ ٻئي شعبي جڪو پنجابي تي ٻڌل هيو پنهنجي سينئرن سميت حڪم مڃڻ کان انڪار ڪيو جيتوڻيڪ هو ان سنڌي آفيسر کان جونيئر هيا. ٻئي طرف، آئي ايس آئي پاڪستان ۽ ٻاهران چاليهه هزار ماڻهن چيو ته اچو ۽ جاچ    اکين ڏسو. سوال پڻ انهن کان پڇيا ويا اسان بابت.  آئي ايس آئي مطمئين ٿي. 

جنوري ۲۰۱۸ ۾، آء ايس آء اسلام آباد جي عملدارن هڪ جاچ پڻ ڪئي ڇالاء ذوالفقار شاه ۽ فاطما شاه کي نشانو بنايو ويو. جاچ اها هڙ حاصل ڪئي ته آء ايس آء ۾ ڪم ڪندڙ هڪ پاڪستان فوج جي آفيسر ۽ آء ايس آء حيدرآباد سنڌ جي مک ۲۰۱۲ کان اڳ بالااختيارين کي ذوالفقار شاه جي خلاف گمان تي ٻڌل سيڪيورٽي نوٽ روانو ڪيو ۽ پاڪستان ۾ بالااختيارين منجه شڪ شبهو پيدا ڪيو.تنهنڪري آء ايس آء اختيارين مٿي ڄاڻايل ملڪن کي مون بابت هڪ سيڪيورٽي نوٽ مڪيو.  
  تنهان اڳ، ۲۰۱٦ جي ٻي ٽماهي ۾ سي آء اي آفيسرن آء ايس آء آفيسرن کي ٻڌايو ته ٽيڪنالاجي جي استعمال جي وهنوار موجب آء ايس آء کي ذوالفقار شاه ۽ فاطما شاه تي ٽيڪنالاجي جو استعمال پهريائين طئي ٿيل طريقن مطابق ڇڏڻو پوندو. سي آء اي ۽ را واضع چيو ته هو ذوالفقار ۽ فاطما تي آء ايس آء جي ٽيڪنالاجي واري استعمال کي يڪطرفو (پاڻ مرادو) نه روڪيندا. ڪجه آء ايس آء آفيسرن اسان تي تشدد ڪرڻ ۽ گڏوگڏ قتل ڪرڻ جون ڪوششون روڪڻ کان نابري واري. انهن اعلان ڪيو ته هو ذوالفقار ۽ فاطما تي ٽيڪنالاجي جو ڪنٽرول را ۽ سي آء اي کي نه ڏيندا. 
  شيون اچانڪ تبديل ٿيون. آء ايس آء عملدارن، جيتوڻيڪ اهي پنجابي مسلمان هئا، جن اسان تي تشدد جو حڪم جاري ڪيو ۽ جن اسان تي   ٽيڪنالاجي ذريعي تشدد ڪيو، باسيو ته هو القائدا جا جوڙيوال ۽ اسلامڪ اسٽيٽ عرف حزب الاحرار جا بنيادي خالق آهن. هنن اهو پڻ باسيو ته هنن نائن اليون تي امريڪا تي حملن جو حڪم جاري ڪيو هيو. گڏوگڏ، انهن اهو پڻ باسيو ته انهن افغانستان ۾ گڏيل عرب امارتن جي سفير کي   قتل ڪرڻ جو حڪم نامو جاري ڪيو هيو، تنهنڪري ئي قنڌار ۾ گڏيل عرب امارتن جي قونصل خاني تي طالبانن حملو ڪيو جنهن ۾ گڏيل عرب امارتن جو سفير ۽ ۲۰ سفارتڪار ۽ ٻيو عملو مارجي ويو. جڏهن ان بابت ٻين آء ايس آء عملدارن کانئن پڇيو ته انهن آء ايس آء جي عملدارن ٻن اڳوڻن ڊي جي آء ايس آء جو نالو کنيو. هنن جو انهن بابت بيان متضاد هيو. 
وڌيڪ ته، هنن سنڌي ۽ بلوچ ڪارڪنن ۽ دانشورن کي اغوا ڪرڻ ۽ کين قتل ڪرڻ باسيو. هنن را ۽ سي آء اي جي سامهو آء ايس آء حيدرآباد کي سنڌي عورن سان جبري زنا ڪرڻ جو حڪم پڻ ڏنو. هنن سنڌ، بلوچستان، خيبرپختونخوا ۽ پنجابي عيسائين جو پنجاب ۾ قتلام پڻ باسيو. پنجابي آفيسرن مان هڪ پنهنجي ماتحت کي چيو ته ديوان   انڊسٽرير کي چئي ته سنڌي مزدورن کي نوڪريء مان ڪڍن. هنن اهو پڻ باسيو ته ۲۰۱۳ جي چونڊن ۾ ۾ بلوچستان مجنه  ڪوڙا ووٽ وجهرايا ويا هيا. 
بعد ۾، آء ايس آء جي ڪجه پنجابي مسلمان آفيسرن پاڪستاني ايٽمي بمن، ايٽمي ميزائلن، ڪي آر ايل (قدير خان رسرچ ليبارٽري) ۽ ڪهوٽا جيڪي پاڪستان جو ائٽمي هيڊڪوٽر آهن، جي جي. پي. ايس. (خلائي ايڊريس) فاش ڪئي. گڏوگڏ انهن اهو به باسيو ته هنن سرڪاري گدام مان ننڍا ايٽمي بم چورايا آهن ۽ افغانستان ۾ ڪابل، انڊيا ۾ گجرات ۽ امريڪا ۾ نيويارڪ ۽ واشنگٽن تي ايٽمي بم هڻڻ چاهن ٿا. اهو سڀ ڪجه را ۽ سي آء اي سامهون چيو ويو. 
      وڌيڪ، انهن اهو به چيو ته پاڪستان فوج جوهڪ برگيڊيئر جيڪو    ڪافي وقت کان آئي ايس آئي ۾ ڪم ڪندو آهي، تنهن کي اساما بن لادن جي ايبٽ آباد ۾ هجڻ جي ڄاڻ هئي. گڏوگڏ هنن اهو به باسيو ته هو ئي ايران ۾ سني گروهن پاران فساد پٺيان آهن خاص طرح سيستان_بلوچستان ۽ خراسان صوبن ۾. ۽، هنن سنڌ اندر سيوهڻ ۾ قلندر شهباز ۽ گڏوگڏ پلوچستان منجه جهل مگسي ۾ صوفي درگاه تي بم ڌماڪا ڪرائڻ باسيو آهي. هنن شاه عبدلطيف ڀٽائي ۽ سچل سرمست تي مستقبل ۾ بم حملن جو پلان پڻ باسيو آهي.هنن چيو هنن بلوچستان ۾ چيني شهرين کي قتل ڪرڻ جو حڪم ڏنو هيو. هنن جا ساڳي قسم جا ٻيا اقرار پڻ آهن. انهن مان هتي ڪجه توهان پڙهي سگهو ٿا www.zulfiqarshah.com 
مان ان جو ذڪر ڪرڻ چاهيندس ۽ ٿورو مڃيندس امريڪا ۽ انڊيا جي آفيسرن جو جن مجنهنجي ۲۰۱٦ ۾ زندگي بچائي هئي. مان ٿورو پڻ مڃيندس ڪجه سنڌي، بلوچ، سرائڪي، اردو، پشتون، هزارا، ڪشميري،   بنگالي، ۽ چند پنجابي آئي ايس آئي آفيسرن جو جن ڪوششون ڪيون منهنجي زندگي بچائڻ جون. فاطما ۽ مونکي هن ٽيڪنالاجي ذريعي قتل ڪرڻ جون ڪوششون ۲۰۱٦ کان جاري آهن. 
 ڇاڪاڻ ته القائدا ۽ طالبان جي خالقن کي ايٽمي هٿيارن بابت ڄاڻ هئي،   ننڍا ايٽمي بم پڻ هنن جي قبضي ۾ هئا،  مون رضاڪاري قدم وڌايو امن ۽ سلامتي لاء. مون نومبر ۲۰۱۷ ۾ ڳالهايو پاڪستان سفارتخاني پئرس ۾       دفاعي معاملن جي اطاشي ۽ فوجي معملان جي اطاشي جي شعبي سان    آئي ايس آئي جي انهن آفيسرن پاران ايٽمي سلامتي لاء پيدا ڪيل خطرن بابت. پئرس ۾ پاڪستان سفارتخاني مونکي چيو ته آء ايس آء جي انهن آفيسرن سان گفتگو ۾ اچان ۽ تفصيل اسلام آباد ۽ راولپنڊي ۾ پاڪستاني   اختيارين کي لکان. مون اهو شاندار ڪم ڪيو.  
نومر ۲۰۱۷ ۾، دهلي منجه پاڪستان هاء ڪميشن مونسان رابطو ڪيو.   مون انهن کي آء ايس آء آفيسرن پاران ايٽمي ۽ ٻيا راز فاش ڪرڻ بابت خط لکيا. اهي خط ان لاء هيا ته يا انهن کي پاڪستاني اختيارين ڏانهن روانو ڪيو وڃي يا وري انهن جو اختصار کين موڪليو وڃي. وزيراعظم نوازشريف، پاڪستان جي فوجي ادارن جي سربراه، پاڪستان جي فوجي سربراه، آء ايس آء ۽ گڏوگڏ ايم آء جي ڊائيريڪٽرجنرل،     ڊفيننس سيڪريٽري ۽ دفاعي وزارت ۾ اسٽريٽجڪ دفاع ،پرڏيهي معلاملن جي وزارت، ۽ انٽيليجنس بيورو (آء بي) پاڪستان. پاڪستان هاء ڪميشن جا ٿورا جو هنن مٿي بيان ڪيل سربراهن ڏانهن خط روانا ڪيا ۽ منهنجي ٽيليفون 00918376876614  تي ڳالهائڻ دوران اهو ڪنفرم ڪيو.  
جيتوڻيڪ اڄ تائين انهن مجرمن خلاف ڪوبه قدم نه کنيو ويو آهي، جن نه فقط پاڪستان سان غداري ڪئي آهي پر گڏوگڏ قتلام، عوامي تباهي، دهشتگردي جو سبب بڻيا آهن ۽ انساني حقن جي ڀڃڪڙي ڪئي آهي، ۽ سڀني لاء ايٽمي خطرو پيدا ڪيو آهي. ڊسمبر ۲۰۱۸ ۾ آء ايس آء جي ڪجه آفيسرن جي نادانين جي ڪري اسلام آباد لڳ اسٽريٽجڪ سرنگه ۽     سنڌ منجه ضلعي قمبر_شهدادڪوٽ ۾ ايٽمي ذخيرا سي آء اي ۽ را ڄاڻ ۾ آيا. 
آخر مون پئرس فرانس منجه پاڪستان سفارخاني ۾ دفاعي سيڪريٽري ۽ فوجي معاملن جي اطاشي سان گڏ انڊيا ۾ پاڪستان هاء ڪمشنر کي ڊسمبر ۹، ۲۰۱۸ تي خط لکيو ته مٿي ڄاڻا ايٽمي سلامتي ۽ بحران بابت منهنجو ڪردار پورو ٿيو.
عجب ته ڀارتي سسٽم جي هڪ حصي اسان سان آء ايس آء جيان رويو رکيو. شايد پاڪستان مان سنڌي مسلمان کي پسند نٿا ڪن. بهرحال، مون کي بار بار بگهڙن سان کيڏڻ اچي ٿو. مهرباني ڪري ترت نتيجا نه ڪڍو. اهي آر ايس ايس، هندتوا، ڪانگريس ۽ ٻيا سيڪيولر ناهن. اهي بس بددماغ ماڻهو آهن.پدا! 
عجب ته امريڪا اسان جا انساني حق وساري ڇڏيا آهن. هو بس سنڌ ۾ انساني حقن لاء بيان جاري ڪن ٿا تڏهن، جڏهن پاڪستان طرفان هنن جا مفاد خطري ۾ وڌا وڃن ٿا. ڇا انساني حقن سان حقيقي پيار ڪندڙ امريڪا اڳيان ايندو!  
هي بس "رپوٽ ٽه گريڪو آهي" _ هڪ ناول جيان جيڪو مبادا توهان پڙهيو هجي. 
 زنگي ۽ موت وچ ۾ هن رقص دوران ، مون مٿي ڄاڻايل آء ايس آء آفيسرن تي مجرمن بابت عالمي عدالت ۾ سنڌ ۽ بلوچستان ۾ نسل ڪشي ۽    انساني تباهي، سنڌي هندن جي ڏيه نيڪالي، ۽ اسان تي (فاطما ۽ مون تي) ٽيڪنالاجي جي استعمال بابت ڪيس داخل ڪيو آهي. مون انساني حقن تي جي ڪائونسل ۽ گڏيل قومن جي جنيوا منجه مختلف فورمن  ۾ ڪيس داخل  ڪيا آهن. ان سان گڏ مون يو اين او او ايس اي ويانا ۾ آء ايس آء ء آفيسرن پاران خلائي ٽيڪنالاجي جي پرتشدد استعمال خلاف ڪيس داخل ڪيو آهي. مون گڏيل قومون نيو يارڪ ۾ گڏيل قومن جي نسل ڪشي کان بچاء ۽ دفاع جي آفيس ۾ ڪيس داخل ڪيو. آخر۾ مون کي اهو به ٻڌائڻ ڏيو ته اسان يونيسڪو ۽ گڏيل قومن جي عورتن لاء اداري ۾ پڻ ڪيس داخل ڪيا آهن.

आईएसआई, रॉ और सीआईए के बारे में सच्चाई जो दुनिया को बदल देगी!

आईएसआई, पाकिस्तान के अनुरोध पर भारत के विदेश मामलों के मंत्रालय के माध्यम से सीआईए और रॉ द्वारा मेरे शरीर में एक माइक्रोचिप डाला गया था।

 

 

यह चिप काफी समय से मेरे शरीर के अंगों और जीवों पर हानिकारक प्रभाव डाल देता है। यह माइक्रोचिप उपग्रह से जुड़ा हुआ है, और यह एक न्यूरो-कनेक्टिविटी आधारित तकनीक मानव मस्तिष्क पर इसका उपयोग करती है। यह मानव मस्तिष्क के माध्यम से है, यह तकनीक मानव शरीर को नुकसान पहुंचाती है।

 

 

इस माइक्रोचिप आधारित तकनीक में तंत्र भी है जिसके माध्यम से आईएसआई, रॉ और सीआईए अधिकारी बातचीत करते हैं और मेरे कान तक पहुंचते हैं। यह 2015 से अब तक जारी है। ऐसी सभी बातचीत ऑडियो-दृष्टि से सीआईए, रॉ और आईएसआई के साथ दर्ज की जाती है। मैं इन वार्तालापों से सबसे संक्षिप्त तथ्यों को साझा कर रहा हूं, जो आधिकारिक तौर पर भारत, पाकिस्तान यूएसए के रिकॉर्ड पर हैं।

 

 

इससे पहले यह तकनीक यह जानने के लिए मेरी यादें पढ़ रही थी कि जुल्फिकार शाह पाकिस्तान के लिए सुरक्षा खतरा है या नहीं, क्योंकि आईएसआई ने 2012 में और बाद में 2013 में दावा किया था कि जुल्फिकार शाह पाकिस्तान के लिए सुरक्षा खतरा है। इसे संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन, भारत, नेपाल और अफगानिस्तान के साथ साझा किया गया था। मेरी यादों को पढ़ने की प्रक्रिया 2016 की पहली तिमाही में पूरी हो गई थी। मेरी यादों में कोई सुरक्षा जोखिम सामान या नैतिक मुद्दा नहीं था। मेमोरी रीडिंग के पूरा होने के तुरंत बाद, आईएसआई के एक और वर्ग ने इस तकनीक के बलपूर्वक और अनधिकृत नियंत्रण को संभाला और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका और भारत को अपनी नफरत घोषित कर दी। मैं यह साझा करना चाहता हूं कि यह तकनीक संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के स्वामित्व में है और भारत में एशिया में इसके उपयोग के लिए अधिकृत है। आईएसआई के इस समाचार खंड ने भी मेरी यादें पढ़ना शुरू कर दिया। मेरी यादों में कोई हिंसक, विरोधी पाकिस्तान, खुफिया एजेंसियां संबंधित सामग्री नहीं थीं। आईएसआई का दावा है कि जुल्फिकार शाह पाकिस्तान के लिए सुरक्षा खतरा असत्य साबित हुआ है। इस आईएसआई के दौरान अपने जिला और प्रांतीय अधिकारियों से जुल्फिकार शाह के संबंध में भारत और यूएसए के सामने इस्लामाबाद में अपनी रिपोर्ट साझा करने के लिए कहा गया। उन्होंने अपनी रिपोर्ट साझा की। इन रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक मुझमें कुछ भी गलत नहीं था। इस बीच, एमआई पाकिस्तान सिंध के अधिकारी ने आईएसआई इस्लामाबाद के साथ भी साझा किया कि उन्होंने पहले ही जुल्फिकार शाह के बारे में इसी तरह की जांच पूरी की है जो 2012 की शुरुआत में समाप्त हुई थी। इसमें कुछ भी गलत नहीं पाया गया था। बाद में, दिसंबर 2017 में फिर आईएसआई के महानिदेशक के एक वरिष्ठ डिप्टी ने कहा कि जुल्फिकार शाह के खिलाफ कुछ भी नहीं मिला है, उसके बाद मेरे लिए "निष्पक्ष" शब्द कहा जाता है। यह वरिष्ठ अधिकारी सिंधी था। उन्होंने हमें इस तकनीक का उपयोग रोकने के लिए मेरे और फातिमा के लिए रिलीज ऑर्डर भी दिए। आईएसआई के एक और वर्ग में पंजाबी अधिकारियों ने अपने वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के साथ आदेशों का पालन करने से इंकार कर दिया, हालांकि वे सिंधी के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के लिए जूनियर थे। दूसरी तरफ, आईएसआई ने पाकिस्तान के लगभग चालीस हजार लोगों से पूछा और बाहर आने और जांच के साक्षी होने के लिए कहा। हमारे बारे में उनसे प्रश्न भी पूछा गया था। आईएसआई सब कुछ ठीक मिला।

जनवरी 2018 में, आईएसआई इस्लामाबाद के अधिकारियों ने एक जांच भी की कि जुल्फिकार शाह और फातिमा शाह पीड़ित क्यों हैं। जांच में कहा गया है कि आईएसआई में काम कर रहे एक पाकिस्तानी सेना और आईएसआई हैदराबाद के प्रमुख अधिकारियों ने मूल रूप से अधिकारियों के लिए जुल्फिकार शाह के लिए एक अनुमान आधारित सुरक्षा नोट अग्रेषित किया, और पाकिस्तान में अधिकारियों में संदेह पैदा किया। इसलिए आईएसआई ने उपरोक्त देशों में मेरे संबंध में एक सुरक्षा नोट बताया।

 

 

इससे पहले 2016 की दूसरी तिमाही में, सीआईए के अधिकारियों ने आईएसआई को बताया कि इस तकनीक का उपयोग करने की प्रक्रियाओं के मुताबिक, आईएसआई को पहले से तय तरीके से जुल्फिकार शाह और फातिमा शाह पर इस तकनीक का उपयोग वापस लेना है। सीआईए और रॉ दोनों ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि वे एकता से आईएसआई के जुल्फिकार और फातिमा पर प्रौद्योगिकी के उपयोग को रोक नहीं पाएंगे। कुछ आईएसआई अधिकारियों ने प्रौद्योगिकी के उपयोग के माध्यम से हम पर हमला करने और हत्या के प्रयासों को रोकने से इंकार कर दिया। उन्होंने यह भी घोषित किया कि आईएसआई ज़ुल्फीकर और फातिमा के प्रौद्योगिकी नियंत्रण को सीआईए और रॉ में नहीं सौंपेगा। 2015 की शुरुआत में, आईएसआई और रॉ के बीच इस तकनीक का उपयोग करने के लिए समझौता पूरा हुआ; यद्यपि हमें रिहा नहीं किया गया था।

 

 

चीजें अचानक बदल गईं। कुछ आईएसआई अधिकारी, हालांकि पंजाबी मुस्लिम, जिन्होंने हमें यातना देने का आदेश दिया और जिन्होंने हमें इस तकनीक के माध्यम से हमला किया, उन्होंने स्वीकार किया कि वे सहयोगी थे और अल-कायदा और आईएसआईएस उर्फ हिजबुल अहरार के पिता थे। उन्होंने यह भी स्वीकार किया कि उन्होंने संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका पर 9/11 के हमलों का आदेश दिया था। इसके अलावा, उन्होंने यह भी स्वीकार किया कि उन्होंने अफगानिस्तान में संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के राजदूत की हत्या का आदेश दिया था, इसलिए तालिबान ने कंधार में संयुक्त अरब अमीरात वाणिज्य दूतावास पर हमला किया जिसमें संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के राजदूत और लगभग 20 राजनयिकों और संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के अन्य कर्मचारियों की मौत हो गई थी। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि उन्होंने संयुक्त अरब अमीरात वाणिज्य दूतावास पर व्यक्तिगत रूप से तालिबान हमले का आदेश दिया। जब अन्य आईएसआई अधिकारियों ने उनके बारे में उनसे सवाल किया, तो उन आईएसआई अधिकारियों ने दो पिछले डीजी आईएसआई नाम दिए। उनके बारे में उनका बयान विरोधाभासी प्रतीत होता था।

 

 

इसके अलावा, उन्होंने सिंधी और बलूच कार्यकर्ताओं और विचारकों और उनकी हत्याओं के अपहरण में अपनी भूमिका भी स्वीकार की। उन्होंने सिंधी महिलाओं के खिलाफ रॉ और सीआईए के सामने आईएसआई हैदराबाद के खिलाफ बलात्कार के आदेश भी दिए। उन्होंने पंजाब में सिंध, बलूचिस्तान, खैबर पख्तुनखुवा और ईसाई पंजाबियों में नरसंहार के आदेशों को स्वीकार किया। उनमें से एक ने कहा, वह सिंध के राधान शहर पर युद्ध की घोषणा करता है जिसका अर्थ सिंध पर एक युद्ध था। पंजाबी अधिकारियों में से एक ने अपने जूनियर को सिंध में दीवान इंडस्ट्रीज से अपने सिंध मजदूरों को हटाने के लिए कहा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि 2013 चुनाव के दौरान बलूचिस्तान में नकली मतदान किया गया था।

 

 

बाद में, आईएसआई के कुछ पंजाबी मुस्लिम अधिकारियों ने भी जीपीएस का खुलासा किया। पाकिस्तानी परमाणु बम, परमाणु मिसाइलों और केआरएल के स्थानों (कदर खान अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाला) और कहोटा, जो पाकिस्तान के परमाणु मुख्यालय हैं। इसके अलावा, उन्होंने यह भी स्वीकार किया कि उन्होंने आधिकारिक भंडारण से कुछ छोटे परमाणु बम चुराए हैं और अफगानिस्तान में काबुल, भारत में गुजरात और यूएसए में वाशिंगटन या न्यूयॉर्क को नकारना चाहते हैं। यह सब सीआईए और रॉ अधिकारियों के सामने कहा गया था।

इसके अलावा, उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि आईएसआई में आईएसआई में काम कर रहे पाकिस्तानी सेना के एक ब्रिगेडियर जनरल को पता था कि ओसामा बिन लादेन पाकिस्तान के एबोटाबाद में मौजूद थे। उन्होंने यह भी स्वीकार किया कि उनकी टीम ने ओसामा के एबोटाबाद घर के आसपास सुरक्षा प्रदान की है। इसके अलावा, उन्होंने स्वीकार किया कि वे विशेष रूप से सिस्तान-बलूचिस्तान और खुरासन प्रांतों में सुन्नी संगठनों द्वारा ईरान में हिंसा के पीछे थे। और, उन्होंने सिंध में सेहवान में कल्याणार शाहबाज के सुफी मंदिर में बलू विस्फोट और साथ ही बलूचिस्तान में झिल मैगसी में एक सूफी मंदिर में बम विस्फोट को कबूल किया। उन्होंने भविष्य में शाह अब्दुल लतीफ भितान और सचल सरमास्ट के किनारे पर बम लगाने की अपनी योजना कबूल की। उन्होंने रूस में सेंट पीटर्सबर्ग में मास्टरमाइंडिंग बम विस्फोट भी स्वीकार किया। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्होंने बलूचिस्तान में चीनी नागरिकों की हत्या का आदेश दिया था। उनके साथ अन्य समान कबुली भी थीं। आप उनमें से कुछ को www.zulfiqarshah.com पर पढ़ सकते हैं।

 

 

मैं संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका और भारत के अधिकारियों का उल्लेख करना और धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं कि उन्होंने 2016 में अपना जीवन बचाने की कोशिश की। मैं सिंधी, बलूच, सिराकी, उर्दू, पश्तुन, हजारा, कश्मीरी, बंगाली और आईएसआई के कुछ पंजाबी अधिकारियों का भी धन्यवाद करूंगा। मेरे जीवन को बचाने की भी कोशिश की। 2016 से फातिमा और मुझे मारने के प्रयास इस तकनीक के दुरुपयोग के माध्यम से चल रहे हैं।

 

 

चूंकि अल-कायदा के पिता, आईएसआईएस और तालिबान परमाणु हथियार के ब्योरे को जानते थे, और छोटे परमाणु बमों के कब्जे में थे, मैं स्वेच्छा से शांति और परमाणु सुरक्षा के लिए आगे बढ़ता हूं। मैंने उन आईएसआई इस्लामाबाद अधिकारियों द्वारा परमाणु सुरक्षा उल्लंघन के संबंध में पाकिस्तान दूतावास, पेरिस और सैन्य अटैच डेस्क में रक्षा अटैच के साथ नवंबर 2017 में बात की थी। पेरिस में पाकिस्तान दूतावास ने मुझे इन आईएसआई अधिकारियों से जुड़ने और पाकिस्तान के अधिकारियों को इस्लामाबाद और रावलपिंडी में ब्योरा लिखने के लिए कहा। मैंने यह महान काम किया।

 

 

नवंबर 2017 में, दिल्ली में पाकिस्तान उच्चायोग ने मुझसे संपर्क किया। मैं उन्हें आईएसआई अधिकारियों द्वारा परमाणु और अन्य कबुलीजबाबों के बारे में पत्र भेजना शुरू करता हूं। इन पत्रों को या तो पाकिस्तान के अधिकारियों को भेजा जाना था या उनका सारांश उन्हें भेजा जाना था। प्रधान मंत्री नवाज शरीफ, पाकिस्तान में सशस्त्र बलों के प्रमुख, पाकिस्तान सेना प्रमुख, महानिदेशक आईएसआई के साथ-साथ एमआई, रक्षा मंत्रालय, विदेश मंत्रालय, और खुफिया ब्यूरो (आईबी) पाकिस्तान में सचिव रक्षा और सामरिक रक्षा। उपरोक्त नेतृत्व में इन पत्रों को अग्रेषित करने के लिए पाकिस्तान उच्चायोग के लिए धन्यवाद और मेरे टेलीफोन +918376876614 पर मुझसे बात करते समय इसकी पुष्टि की। यह दुनिया के लिए आपदा की अवधि थी!

 

 

यद्यपि अब तक इन अपराधियों के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है, जिन्होंने न केवल पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ राजद्रोह किया है बल्कि नरसंहार, नरसंहार, आतंकवाद और मानव अधिकारों के उल्लंघन का आदेश दिया है, और सभी को परमाणु जोखिम पैदा किया है।

 

 

दिसंबर 2018 में इस्लामाबाद में एक रणनीतिक सुरंग और सिंध में जिला कंबार शाहददकोट में परमाणु संपत्तियों के स्थान पर कुछ आईएसआई अधिकारियों की सीआईए और रॉ के कारण जानकारी मिली।

 

आखिरकार मैंने 9 दिसंबर, 2018 को भारत के पाकिस्तान उच्चायुक्त के साथ रक्षा सचिव के साथ-साथ सैन्य अटैच, पाकिस्तान दूतावास, फ्रांस में अपना अंतिम पत्र लिखा और उपर्युक्त परमाणु सुरक्षा और संकट के बारे में मेरी भूमिका निभाई।

 

 

यह अजीब बात है कि भारतीय प्रणाली का एक हिस्सा हाल ही में हमारे साथ आईएसआई व्यक्तियों की तरह व्यवहार करता है। शायद पाकिस्तान से सिंधी मुसलमानों को पसंद नहीं है। वैसे भी, मुझे पता है कि भेड़िये के साथ बार-बार नृत्य कैसे करें। निष्कर्ष पर कूद मत करो। वे भाजपा, आरएसएस, हिंदुत्व, कांग्रेस और अन्य धर्मनिरपेक्ष नहीं हैं। वे सिर्फ दिमागी व्यक्ति हैं। Pigmies!

 

 

इसके अलावा, अजीब बात है कि संयुक्त राज्य अमरीका हमारे मानवाधिकारों को भूल गया है। वे केवल सिंध में मानवाधिकार उल्लंघन के लिए अपने बयान जारी करते हैं जब पाकिस्तान द्वारा उनके हितों को चुनौती दी जाती है! क्या अमेरिका से प्यार करने वाले वास्तविक मानव अधिकार खड़े होंगे?

Truth about ISI, RAW and CIA that will change the world!

A microchip was inserted in my body by CIA and RAW through the Ministry of External Affairs of India on the request of ISI, Pakistan.

 

 

This chip since quite some time leaves damaging impacts on my body organs and organism. This microchip is connected with satellite, and it a neuro-connectivity based technology use it on human brain. It is through human brain, this technology damages human body.  

 

 

This microchip based technology does also have mechanism through which the conversation by ISI, RAW and CIA officials reach my ears and I listen. This is continuing since 2015 until now. All such conversations are audio-visually recorded with CIA, RAW and ISI. I am sharing the briefest facts from these conversations, which are officially on the record of India, Pakistan USA.  

 

 

Previously this Technology was reading my memories to ascertain whether or not Zulfiqar Shah is a security threat to Pakistan because ISI claimed in 2012 and later on in 2013 that Zulfiqar Shah is a security threat to Pakistan. It was shared with USA, UK, India, Nepal and Afghanistan. The process of reading my memories was completed in the first quarter of 2016. No security risk stuff or moral issue was in my memories. Immediately after completion of the memory reading, another section of ISI took over forcefully and unauthorized control of this Technology and declared their hatred to USA and India. I want to share that this technology is owned by USA and in India is authorized for its use in Asia. This news section of ISI also started reading my memories. There were no violent, anti-Pakistan, intelligence agencies related contents in my memories. ISI's claim that Zulfiqar Shah is security threat to Pakistan proved untruth. During this ISI asked their district and provincial officials to share their reports regarding Zulfiqar Shah to Islamabad in front of India and USA. They shared their report. According to these reports there was nothing wrong in me. In the meanwhile, MI Pakistan Sindh official also shared with ISI Islamabad that they already have completed the similar investigation regarding Zulfiqar Shah which ended in early 2012. Nothing wrong was found in him. Later on, in December 2017 again a senior deputy to Director General of ISI said that nothing is found against Zulfiqar Shah, thereafter uttered word "fair" for me.  This senior official was a Sindhi. He also gave release orders for me and Fatima for stop using this technology on us.  Another section of ISI consisting Punjabi officials along with their seniors refused to obey orders although they were junior to that Sindhi senior officials. On the other hand, ISI also asked around forty thousand persons from Pakistan and outside to come and witness the investigations. Questions were also asked from them regarding us. ISI found everything fine.    

 

In January 2018, ISI Islamabad officials also held an investigation why Zulfiqar Shah and Fatima Shah have become victims.  The investigation noted that a Pakistan Army working in ISI and was lead officials at ISI Hyderabad basically forwarded an assumption based security note before 2012 for Zulfiqar Shah to the authorities, and caused suspicions in authorities in Pakistan. Therefore ISI conveyed a security note regarding me to above mentioned countries.    

 

 

Earlier in second quarter of 2016, CIA officials told ISI that according to the procedures for using this technology, ISI has to withdraw the use of this technology on Zulfiqar Shah and Fatima Shah through already decided manner. CIA and RAW both clearly said that they will not unilaterally stop ISI's use of technology on Zulfiqar and Fatima. Some ISI officials refused to stop torturing and carrying murder attempts on us through the use of technology. They also declared that ISI will not hand over the technology's control of Zulfiqar and Fatima to CIA and RAW. In early 2015, the Agreement for using this technology between ISI and RAW completed; albeit we were not released.    

 

 

Things suddenly changed. Some ISI officials, although Punjabi Muslims, who ordered torturing us and those also who tortured us through this technology confessed that they were associates and founding fathers of Al-Qaida and ISIS alias Hizbul Ahrar. They also confessed that they ordered 9/11 attacks on USA. Besides, they also confessed that they ordered assassination of Ambassador of UAE in Afghanistan, therefore Taliban attacked UAE Consulate in Qandahar in which   UAE Ambassador and around 20 diplomats and other staff of UAE was killed. They also said they ordered Taliban attack on UAE Consulate individually. When other ISI officials questioned them regarding this, those ISI officials named two previous DG ISI. Their statement regarding them seemed to be contradictory.

 

 

Moreover, they also confessed their role in abduction of Sindhi and Baloch activists and thinkers and their murders.  They also gave rape orders against Sindhi women to ISI Hyderabad in front of RAW and CIA. They also confessed ordering massacres in Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa and of Christian Punjabis in Punjab.  One of them said, he declares war on Radhan town of Sindh which he meant a war on Sindh. One of the Punjabi officials asked his junior to Dewan Industries in Sindh to oust their Sindh laborers. They also said that fake voting was made in Balochistan during 2013 elections.  

 

 

Later on, these some Punjabi Muslim officials of ISI also disclosed the G.P.S. locations of Pakistani nuclear bombs, nuclear missiles and K.R.L. (Kadeer Khan Research Laboratory) and Kahota, which are nuclear headquarters of Pakistan. Besides, they also confessed, they have stolen some small nuclear bombs from official storage and want to nuke Kabul in Afghanistan, Gujarat in India and Washington or New York in USA.  All this was said in front of CIA and RAW officials.

 

 

Furthermore, they also said that a Brigadier General of Pakistan Army working in ISI since quite years in ISI being knew that Osama Bin Laden was present in Abottabad, Pakistan. They also confessed that their team provided security around Osama's Abottabad house.   Besides, they confessed that they were behind violence in Iran by the Sunni outfits especially in Sistan-Balochistan and Khurasan provinces. And, they confessed the bomb blast in the Sufi shrine of Qalandar Shahbaz in Sehwan in Sindh as well as a Sufi shrine in Jhil Magsi in Balochistan. They confessed their plan to bomb the shire of Shah Abdul Latif Bhitain and Sachal Sarmast in future. They also confessed masterminding bomb blast in Saint Petersburg in Russia. They said they ordered murder of Chinese citizens in Balochistan.  They had other similar confessions as well. You can read a few of them on www.zulfiqarshah.com.    

 

 

I would like to mention and thank USA and India officials that they tried to save my life in 2016. I will also thank some of Sindhi, Baloch, Siraiki, Urdu, Pashtun, Hazara, Kashmiri, Bengali and the few Punjabi officials of ISI those also tried to save my life. Attempts to kill Fatima and me are underway since 2016 through the misuse of this technology.   

 

 

Since fathers of Al-Qaida, ISIS and Taliban knew the details of nuclear weapons, and also were in possession of small nuclear bombs, I voluntarily step ahead for peace and nuclear security. I talked in November 2017 with the Defense Attaché at Pakistan Embassy, Paris and Military Attaché desk regarding nuclear security breach by those ISI Islamabad officials. Pakistan Embassy in Paris asked me to engage with these ISI officials and write the details to Pakistan authorities in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. I did this noble work. 

 

 

In November 2017, Pakistan High Commission in Delhi contacted me. I start sending them the letters regarding the nuclear and other confessions by ISI officials. These letters were meant to be either forwarded to Pakistan authorities or their summary was to be sent to them. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, chief of armed forces in Pakistan, Pakistan Army Chief, Director General ISI as well as of MI, Secretary Defense and Strategic Defense in Ministry of Defense, Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Intelligence Bureau (IB) Pakistan.  Thanks to Pakistan High Commission for forwarding these letters to the aforesaid leadership and confirmed this while talking with me on my telephone +918376876614.  It was a period of disaster for the world!

 

 

Although until now no action has been taken against these culprits, who has not only committed treason against Pakistan but also caused massacres, genocides, terrorism and ordered human rights violations, and posed nuclear risk to all.

 

 

In December 2018 a strategic tunnel at Islamabad and the location of nuclear assets in district Qambar Shahdadkot in Sindh came into knowledge to CIA and RAW due follies of a  few ISI officials.  

 

Finally I wrote my last letter to Defense Secretary as well as Military Attaché, Pakistan Embassy, France in Paris along with Pakistan High Commissioner in India on December 9, 2018 and told them my role regarding above mentioned nuclear security and crises stands concluded.

 

 

It is strange that a portion of Indian system recently behaved with us like ISI persons. Probably don't like Sindhi Muslims from Pakistan. Anyways, I know how to dance with the wolves again and again. Please don't jump to the conclusions. They are not BJP, RSS, Hindutva, Congress and other seculars. They are just mindless persons. Pigmies!

 

 

Besides, strange that USA has forgotten our human rights.  They just issue their statements for human rights violations in Sindh only when their interests are challenged by Pakistan! Will the real human rights loving America stand up?          

 

 

This is just a 'Report to Greeko' – like a novel some of you might have read.  

 

 

Amid dance between life and death, I have also filed two petitions in the International Criminal Court against above mentioned ISI officials regarding ethnic cleansing and genocides in Sindh and Balochistan; exodus of Sindhi Hindus from Pakistan, and use of this technology on us (me and Fatima). I have also submitted petitions with Human Rights Council and other forums of United Nations at Geneva. Besides, I have also filed petition in UNOOSA Vienna against the violent use of space technology by these ISI officials on us. I filed petitions with UN Office on Genocide Prevention and Responsibility to Protect at UN New York. Finally, let me know you that we have filed petitions with UNESCO and UN Women.

 

 

I hope these culprits will finally be punished.

There is a conversation mechanism in this microchip through which I can listen the conversation by ISI, RAW and CIA officials since 2015 until now. All conversations are audio-visually recorded with CIA, RAW and ISI. I am sharing the briefest facts from the conversations that are on the record with India, Pakistan USA.  

 

Previously this chip was reading my memories to ascertain whether or not Zulfiqar Shah is a security threat to Pakistan as claimed by certain section (s) of ISI. The process was completed in the first quarter of 2016 and later on, one of the sections in ISI took over the unauthorized control of the microchip technology and started another process of memory checking. Again nothing was found regarding violence, anti-Pakistan activities, intelligence agencies, and moral issues. Besides, intelligence reports from ISI in the various districts of Pakistan were got. MI Pakistan also shared with them that they had an investigation regarding me that ended I early 2012. In which I was found fair. In December 2017 again an immediate deputy to DG ISI Pakistan said that nothing is found against Zulfiqar Shah, and said he is "fair". This senior official was a Sindhi. He also gave release orders for me anf Fatima, which another section of ISI consisting Punjabi officials and their high-ups refused to obey although they were junior to him.

 

In January 2018, an investigation was also held by ISI Islamabad officials that why all this around Zulfiqar Shah and Fatima Shah has happened. The investigation noted that an "AR Original" at ISI Hyderabad, Sindh before 2012 put-up an assumption based note, which can be said in simple words a note of suspicions without bases. Therefore, certain unit (s) of ISI Islamabad asked USA, India, Afghanistan and some other countries that Zulfiqar Shah is security threat to Pakistan, which proved untruth by ISI investigation of three years.  

 

Earlier in second quarter of 2015 CIA officials told Pakistan that according to the procedures of using this technology, which carries a nickname of KA, Pakistan has to tender withdrawal use of technology on Zulfiqar Shah and follow certain agreed SoPs. The same was the version of RAW. CIA and RAW clearly said that they will not unilaterally halt the use of technology by ISI on Shahs. Replying their this stance, certain section (s) of ISI refused to stop carrying tortuous and murderous use of technology on me (Zulfiqar Shah) and my wife (Ghulam Fatima Shah).  They also declared that ISI has taken hack-control of technology.

 

Before this, in the first quarter of 2015, the Instrument for using this microchip-based neuro-technology between RAW and ISI ended. According to that Instrument ISI was bound to stop using this technology on us by the first quarter of 2015. The certain ISI officials said and are still saying that they will continue harming Zulfiqar Shah and Fatima Shah until their death.

 

Winds changed. The certain section of ISI that continued torturing me confessed their association and parenthood of Al-Qaida and Islamic State aka Hizbul Ahrar and master minding 9/11 as well as attack on the UAE Consulate in Qandahar in which UAE Ambassador in Afghanistan and over one dozen members of UAE foreign mission were killed. They said they ordered assassination of UAE Ambassador individually. They also confessed enforced disappearances of Sindhi and Baloch activists and thinkers and their assassinations. They also gave rape orders against Sindhi women and confessed massacres. Later on, they also disclosed the GPS locations of Pakistan nuclear bombs, nuclear missiles and KRL (Kadeer Khan Research Laboratory) and process around Kahota – the nuclear headquarters of Pakistan. They also confessed that they have taken some small nuclear devices and wants to nuke Kabul in Afghanistan, Gujarat in India and Washington / New York in USA.  All this was said in front of CIA and RAW officials. They also named and confessed about a Brigadier General of Pakistan Army merged since quite years in ISI being in knowledge that Osama Bin Laden was present in Abottabad, Pakistan. They also confessed that they provided security around Osama's house there. Besides, they confessed their order to undertake violent attacks in Iran by the Sunni outfits there especially in Sistan-Balochistan and Khurasan provinces. And, they confessed the bomb blast in the Sufi shrine of Qalandar Shahbaz in Sehwan in Sindh as well as a Sufi shrine in Jhil Magsi in Balochistan. They confessed to bomb the shire of Shah Abdul Latif Bhitain and Sachal Sarmast. They also confessed masterminding bomb blast in Saint Petersburg in Russia and assassination of Chinese citizens in Balochistan.  Many other of their confession I am not mentioning here.    

 

In a bid to attain peace and ensure nuclear security everywhere I talked in November 2017 with the Defense  Attaché at Pakistan Embassy, Paris through Military Attaché desk there regarding nuclear security breach by some ISI Islamabad officials, who caused nuclear security risk due to this to Pakistan, South Asia and rest of the world. The Pak Embassy in Paris asked me to engage with these ISI officials and write the details to Pakistan authorities. In a bid to evade nuclear insecurity by such rouge elements in ISI, I did that in the better interest of humanity.   

 

Finally, in November 2017, Pakistan High Commission in India contacted me, and thereafter I kept on sending them the letters regarding the above mentioned confessions by ISI officials and requested them to forward these to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, CJCS, COAS Pakistan Army, DG ISI, DG MI, Secretary Defense, Strategic Defense of Ministry of Defense, Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and IB. Thankfully they forwarded my communications to the leadership and told me this on my telephone +918376876614.  

 

Although until now no action has been taken against these culprits, who has not only committed treason with Pakistan but also caused massacres, genocides, fathered terrorism and ordered human rights violations, and posed nuclear risk to all.

 

In December 2018 an strategic tunnel at Islamabad and the location of nuclear assets in district Qambar Shahdadkot in Sindh were also disclosed by a few ISI officials.  

 

 Finally I wrote my last letter to Defense Secretary & Military Attaché, Pakistan Embassy, France in Paris as well as High Commissioner, Pakistan High Commission, India in Delhi on December 9, 2018.   

 

I am writing these line to share these realties with all the concerned and stakeholders.

 

Besides, I have also filed two petitions in the International Criminal Court against above mentioned ISI officials regarding ethnic cleansing and genocides in Sindh and Balochistan; exodus of Sindhi Hindus from Pakistan, and use of this technology on us (me and Fatima). I have also sent petition-communications to Human Rights Council, UN Geneva as well as Office of High Commissioner, Human Rights, UN Geneva. Besides, I have also filed petition in UNOOSA Vienna against the violent use of space technology by these ISI officials. I have also sent communication to the UN Office on Genocide Prevention and Responsibility to Protect at UN New York.

 

I hope these culprits will finally be punished.

सिंध ने 1 9 43 के सिंध संकल्प के माध्यम से रॉयल ब्रिटिश इंडिया से सिंध के एक अलग, स्वतंत्र राष्ट्र-राज्य देश के रूप में सिंध की अलगाव की मांग की, जिसे 1 मार्च 1 9 43 को विधायक बनाया गया।

 

एक अनकही सिंध और पाकिस्तान मौजूद है क्योंकि ऐतिहासिक क्षण और तथ्यों को इस क्षण तक सिंध या शेष पाकिस्तान और साथ ही दुनिया भर में सार्वजनिक नहीं किया जाता है। हमारे पिछले 150 वर्षों की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण और बहुमूल्य सत्य ने आज सबूत और विवरण के साथ खुलासा किया और खुलासा किया .. जीएम सैयद ने सिंध विधानसभा (आज सिंध विधानसभा) में सिंध को अलग करने के संकल्प को प्रस्तुत किया, पाकिस्तान में गलत तरीके से जाना जाता है सिंध विधानसभा द्वारा पाकिस्तान संकल्प के रूप में।

"यह सदन सरकार को अपने महामहिम वाइसराय, इस प्रांत के मुसलमानों की भावनाओं और इच्छाओं के माध्यम से महामहिम सरकार को बताने की सिफारिश करता है, जबकि भारत के मुस्लिम धर्म, दर्शन, सामाजिक रीति-रिवाज, साहित्य, परंपराओं, राजनीतिक, और अपने स्वयं के आर्थिक सिद्धांत, हिंदुओं से काफी अलग हैं, वे एकमात्र, अलग राष्ट्र के रूप में अधिकार के लिए हकदार हैं, अपने स्वयं के स्वतंत्र राष्ट्रीय राज्यों के लिए, जिन क्षेत्रों में वे बहुमत में हैं, भारत के उपमहाद्वीप।

 

इसलिए वे जोरदार रूप से घोषणा करते हैं कि उन लोगों के लिए कोई संविधान स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा जो मुसलमानों को एक अन्य राष्ट्र के अधीन केंद्र सरकार के अधीन रखे, ताकि आने वाले चीजों के क्रम में अपनी अलग-अलग पंक्तियों पर स्वतंत्र रूप से अपना हिस्सा खेल सकें, उनके लिए स्वतंत्र राष्ट्रीय राज्यों के लिए जरूरी है और इसलिए एक केंद्र सरकार के तहत भारत के मुस्लिमों को अधीन करने का कोई प्रयास गंभीर युद्ध के साथ गंभीर दुःख के परिणामस्वरूप है। "

Sindh legislated for the secession of Sindh from Royal British India in 1943

By Zulfiqar ShahSindh demanded secession of Sindh from Royal British India as a separate, independent nation-state country through Sindh Resolution of 1943, legislated on 3rd March 1943.   An untold Sindh and Pakistan does exist because the historical truth and facts are not made public until this moment to either Sindh or the rest in Pakistan as well as worldwide. The most important and precious truth of our last 150 years disclosed and unfolded today along with the evidences and details.. G. M. Syyed tabled the resolution of separation of Sindh on 3rd March 1943 in Sind Legislative Assembly (today Sindh Assembly) is known in Pakistan wrongly as Pakistan Resolution by Sindh Assembly.    3rd March 1943 Resolution by Sind Legislative Assembly was moved by Mr. G M Syyed, the veteran Sindhi politician, and leader of the house in Sind Legislative Assembly in 1943. The resolution reads:   "This House recommends to Government to convey to His Majesty's Government through His Excellency the Viceroy, the sentiments and wishes of the Muslims of this Province that whereas Muslims of India are a separate nation possessing religion, philosophy, social customs, literature, traditions, political and economic theories of their own, quite different from those of the Hindus, they are justly entitled to the right, as a single, separate nation, to have independent national states of their own, carved out in the zones where they are in majority in the sub-continent of India.   Wherefore they emphatically declare that no constitution shall be acceptable to them that will place the Muslims under a Central Government dominated by another nation, as in order to be able to play their part freely on their own distinct lines in the order of things to come, it is necessary for them to have independent National States of their own and hence any attempt to subject the Muslims of India under one Central Government is bound to result in Civil War with grave unhappy consequences."   In the first paragraph of the resolution demand the separate country-hood of all Muslim majority provinces in British India including of Sindh. Albeit, the Parliamentarians of Sind Legislative Assembly have mentioned the words "Pakistan" and All India Muslim League "Resolution of 1940" in their speeches during the discussion on the resolution." The word "Pakistan" was for the first time used by a Sindhi Hindu Parliamenterian of Sind Legislative Assembly Mr. Nihchaldas c. Vazirani. Therefore, word Pakistan is by a Sindhi Hindu, unfortunately the Sindhi Hindu in Pakistan, like other religious minorities are victimized. An ethnic cleansing in Sindhi is under way, Hindu are also victim of genocide. Meanwhile Khan Bahadur Mohammad Ayub Khuhro mentioned the Lahore Resolution of 1940 which is called Pakistan Resolution.    The Sindh Resolution and Legislation of 1943 by Sind Legislative Assembly terms Sindh an independent national-state and decides to be free sovereign and separate country, and detach Sindh British Indian constitution, and also demand for other Muslim majority provinces I British India the same status. The resolution also talks of civil war if Sindh is not separated from British India by the Her Excellency Queen.      The Prime Minister of Sindh in 1943, called Premier, didn't used word Pakistan in his speech on the floor.   On the other hand, the so-called Pakistan Resolution of 1940 or Lahore Resolution asks for the semi-confederation of Muslim majority provinces in British India to be given within India with autonomy, sovereignty and independence. The much toughed Pakistan Resolution 1940 aka 1940 Resolution does not demand a separate country of Indian Muslims i-e Pakistan.  The text of the resolution reads:     Resolved that it is the considered view of this Session of the All-India Muslim League that no constitutional plan would be workable in this country or acceptable to the Muslims unless it is designed on the following basic principles, viz., that geographically contiguous units' are demarcated into regions which should be constituted, with such territorial readjustments as may be necessary that the areas in which the Muslims are numerically in a majority as in the North Western and Eastern Zones of (British) India should be grouped to constitute "independent States" in which the constituent units should be autonomous and sovereign. That adequate, effective and mandatory safeguards should be specifically provided in the constitution for minorities in these units in the regions for the protection of their religious, cultural, economic, political, administrative and other rights and interests in consultations with them and in other parts of (British) India where the Mussalmans (Muslims) are in a majority adequate, effective and mandatory safeguards shall be specifically provided in constitution for them and other minorities for the protection of their religious, cultural, economic, political, administrative and other rights and interests in consultation with them.     1940 Resolution by All India Muslim League terms provinces of India as independent, sovereign national states, mentions India the country and ask for a Bombay Presidency like region within India of independent Muslim majority states aka Muslim majority provinces in British India. In never talked about Pakistan. Quaid-e-Azam (the great leader) as he was known among the All India Muslim League members and their supporters, Mr. Mohammad Ali Jinnah, a Sindhi, talked first time for Pakistan by the end of 1946. Later on, when provincial elections held in British India in 1946, All India Muslim League was defeated by the G M Syyed led political party that formed the Sindh government.    So far political philosophy is concerned; G M syyed was the first person who coined in 1943 on the floor of Sind Legislative Assembly the term "national state" in the history of political science having same meaning of term nation-state.    Sindh allied Axis power, joined World War II and was defeated by the Allied Powers; unfortunately Sindh was not made member state of the United Nation.    Today Sindh annexed by Britain with Pakistan, and is considered to be an occupied territory since Sindh was defeated in World War I along with the Axis Powers by the Britain.    Sindh no doubt is ruined, devastated in Pakistan. Massacres, resources capturing and genocides is over seventy years long political history of Sindh in the context of human rights, particularly civil and political rights.

کان بلڪل مختلف آهن، تنهڪري انهن کي الگ قوم تسليم ڪيو وڃي ۽ جتي به ننڍي

وانگر مظلوم آهن. سنڌ ۾ هڪ نسل ڪشي جاري و ساري آهي، هندو پڻ نسل ڪشيء جو

شڪار آهن. ان کان علاوه خان بهادر محمد ايوب کهڙو 1940 واري لاهور

واري قرارداد، جنهن کي اڄ پاڪستان قراداد پڻ چيو وڃي ٿو، اسيمبلي ۾ بحث

دوران ذڪر ڪيو. .





سنڌ قانون ساز اسيمبليء طرفان 1943 واري سنڌ قرارداد ۽ قانون سازي سنڌ

کي هڪ آزاد قومي رياست ۽ خودمختيار ۽ آزاد ۽ ملڪ قرار ڏئي ٿي، ۽ سنڌ کي

برظانيا جي ماتحت هندستان ۾ ٻين مسلم اڪثريتي صوبن لاء پڻ ساڳي حيثت جي

ڳاله ڪري ٿي. اها قرارداد برظانيا جي راڻيء طرفان سڌ کي جداگانا ملڪ نه

ڪرڻ جي صورت مي جنگ جو پڻ

چئي ٿي جنهن نتيجا تباهناڪ ٿي سگهن ٿا.

نيم وفاقي انتظام تحت مسلم اڪثريتي صوبن کي خودمختياري، اقتداراعليا ۽

آزاديء ڏني وڃي. گهڻوتڻو ذڪر ۾ آيل پاڪستان قرارداد 1940 اڪي 1940 واري

اها قرارداد پاس ڪجي ٿي ته آل انڊيا مسلم ليگ جي هن اجلاس جو ويچايل موقف

آهي ته نه ته ڪو آئيني پلان هن ملڪ(هندستان) لاء ڪارگر آهي نه ئي

مسلمانن کي قبول آهي، جيستائين اهو هنن بنيادي موجب ته اتراوله ۽

اڀريندي وڏن علائقن جي نئين سر سرحدي جوڙجڪ ڪري تعداد ۾ مسلم اڪثريتي

علائقن کي گڏائي (برطانوي) هندستان ۾ آزاد رياستون قائم ڪيون وڃن جنهن ۾

يونٽ آزارد ۽ خودمختيار هجڻ کپن. انهن علائقن (هندستان منجهن انتظامي

علائقن) جي يونٽن جي آئينن ۾ اقليتن کي مذهبي، ثقافتي، معاشي، سياسي تحفظ

۽ ٻين حقن ۽ مفادن جي پوراء لاء مشاورت ڪرڻ کپي.





آل انڊيا مسلم ليگ جي ۱۹۴۰ واري قرارداد ۾ هندستان جي صوبن کي آزاد،

خودمختيار قومي رياستون قرار ڏنو ويو آهي، هندستان کي ملڪ قرار ڏئي ٿو ۽

بمبئي پريزيڊنسي جيان برطانوي هندستان اندر مسلمان



قائد اعظم (عظيم اڳواڻ)، جيئن کيس آل انڊيا مسلم ليگ جا ميمبر ۽ سندن

حامين ۾ چوندا هيا، محمد علي جناح، هڪ سنڌي، ۱۹۴٦ جي آخر ۾ پاڪستان بابت

پهريون ڀيرو ڳالهايو. بعد ۾، 1946 ۾ برطانوي هندستان منجه صوبائي چونڊن

۾ آل انڊيا مسلم ليگ هارايو ۽ جي ايم سيد جي اگواڻي ۾ سياسي جمعتن

حڪومت ٺاهي.



جيستائين جي ايم سيد جي سياسي فلسفي جو تعلق آهي؛ جی ايم سيد پهريون شخص

هو جنهن قانون ساز اسيمبليء جي ايوان تي 1943 منجه قرارداد ۾ سياست جي

تاريخ ۾ "قومي رياست" جو اصطلاح ڏنو، جنهن جي معني اڄوڪي اصطلاح "قومي

رياست" واري آهي.





سنڌ ايڪسز قوتن جي اتحادي ٿي، ٻي مهاڀاري جنگ ۾ شامل ٿي ۽ اتحادي قوتن

پاران هائي وئي. بدقسمتي سان سنڌ کي گڏيل قومن جو رڪن نه بڻايو ويو.



اڄ سنڌ برطانيا پاران پاڪستان ۾ شامل ڪئي وئي آهي ۽ ان کي قبضو ڪيل

سمجهيو وڃي ٿو ڇاڪاڻ ته سنڌٻي مهاڀاري جنگ ۾ اتحادي قوتن جي برظانيا کان

هارايو.



بيشڪ سنڌ پاڪستان ۾ تباهه و برباد ٿيل آهي. قتل عام، وسيلن تي قبضو ۽

How ISI officials disclosed to RAW and CIA about nuclear assets locations, their support to Taliban and Al Qaida and other similar things

It was fall for Pakistan. USA, India and Pakistan were engaged through live conversations. The Pakistani participants were ISI officials. USA was represented by CIA and India by RAW. This happened during April to November 2016. ISI official from Pakistan Army’s Signal Corps officer Sahib Khan suddenly told Indian emotionally that an ISI official, a colonel in posted near Parachinar of Pakistan tribal areas gave refuge to Afghan Taliban. 
CIA took it as evidence. One day, he also said managed to told CIA and RAW that Dadu Ibrahim is living in Clifton area of Karachi and his business once operated from Kawish plaza of Karachi from Shahrah-e-Faisal. He also told CIA and RAW that there are some “loopholes in the nuclear security system” through which any fundamentalist can have access to Pakistan nuclear assets. Sahib Khan, a Sindhi from probably district Larkana or Shikarpur submerged with ISI from Pakistan Army in Islamabad and is based ISI Islamabad headquarters. He felt no problem while telling CIA and RAW the GPS location of ISI headquarters in Abpara. He managed to tell CIA and RAW that Mullah Umer was living in Karachi. He also managed to tell them that Talibans were having meetings with Pakistan Army’s officers especially in Malir cantonment Karachi. He at least shared with them around 70 exclusive secrets with them.
In one October or November evening between 7 PM to 10 PM Sahib Khan, ISI official Zafar Imam, equivalent to a colonel and his friends shared the GPS location of Kadir Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) where nuclear warheads are made, Pakistan’s nuclear warheads and missile storage in Punjab province of Pakistan. 
Sahib Khan in August / September 2016 also became emotional and got angered with Americans when they talked against Al-Qaida and Taliban. He said he doesn’t want to listen against Al-Qaida and Taliban. He was dubbed as Al-Qaida sympathetic in ISI by CIA head of the team.
At least one become can be written about the details of months long interaction between ISI, CIA and RAW arranged by USA.
All the discussions and GPRS locations / coordinates are recorded with RAW (India), CIA (America) and ISI Islamabad (Pakistan). The ISI’s unit at Islamabad that is having record of this conversation has a numerical identity. Those who work in that unit / department include Sahib Khan, Zafar Imam and Alijah. They haven’t shared with their top bross DG ISI, Pakistan Army Chief and civilian leadership that such exclusive security matters are disclosed to USA and India, and Pakistani officials themselves provided evidences to USA and India.    
At least over one hundred unbelievable confessions were made by ISI officials with RAW and CIA.
DG ISI allowed ISI team that include above officers in May 2015 to engage with RAW and CIA. I am sure he is not shared whatsoever has been shared with India and USA.

Living a Death!

I am in Delhi undergoing medical treatment, including detoxification and treatment for other damage caused by heavy metal poisoning applied in Kathmandu, Nepal on December 18, 2012. Although I repeatedly forget things due to my associated memory loss, I keep on writing to make myself feel my own existence still counts since I am no longer an activist on the ground in Sindh, Pakistan. In fact, I believe I was given heavy metal poisoning by the Pakistani intelligence agencies Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Military Intelligence (MI) with local facilitation in Nepal.
