Jumping Waves
Hello All!
It's been a while! Over 2 months to be exact. I've been hard at work and juggling writing my newest novel, Crazy Little Thing Called Love (which is so close to being done, by the way) and starting a new organization/company called Jumping Waves.
Jumping Waves started as an idea during a day at the beach about a year ago. I've been working hard coming up with new and exciting ideas for it. The organization is similar to ones like To Write Love On Her Arms but we have plans that will m...

Crazy Little Thing Called Love Update!
As most of you already know I started writing a new book, entitled Crazy Little Thing Called Love. It's inspired by my last short story of the same name (http://bit.ly/1RAhI4k).
Readers of the A Tragic Heart series may find it odd that I'm writing about 2 characters who never shared a love interest and barely interact in any of the books but this book would be an extension of What Could've Been (TBR). It's really just a hypothetical story told in present tense to make it seem like it hap...

A Tragic Heart Is Free!
Well, here's some good news for you readers out there! A Tragic Heart is completely free for any and all Kindle users from today, March 31st-April 4th. All you have to do is download it from Amazon and you're good to go! All I ask is for you to leave a review on Amazon. My goal is to reach 25 reviews by the end of the year (that's the amount an author needs in order for Amazon to start suggesting it to readers). I'm at 12 as of now and while 25 may not seem like a big number, it's much harder...

Jackson: Crazy Little Thing Called Love (Short Story #11)
NEW SHORT STORY ALERT! This one is extra special because it's going to be part of a book I am going to start working on very soon. It's connected with the A Tragic Heart series but is strictly told from Adalyn and Jackson's POV. Two supporting characters are being turned into the stars!
At first I was iffy about the idea because I didn't want to drag it but I realized while on Parahoy that Paramore's music inspired it and as long as they're going to continue on, why shouldn't I. I won't make t...

Letter To Teen Me...
I was given this idea when I received an email from an author whose newsletter I am signed onto. Given, this post was supposed to be written on the 11th, I had a busy past 10 days dealing with work, lost luggage, planning for parties, and a Grandmother who was in the hospital. Whatever, it's here now!
Dear Teen Me,
It's okay to be different...like vastly different from your peers. I'm sorry I'm telling you this about 10 years too late but I didn't know it back then. You definitely should've dye...

Cruising Norwegian? Think Again!
Remember when I promised I would write full blog post about my horrible experience with cruising Norwegian ?! Well, here it is!
As most of you know I embarked on my journey for Wanderlust where I share all of my experiences and moments from all over the world. I gain inspiration for books and new endeavors by experiencing other cultures and places. My first journey was with Norwegian (BIG MISTAKE!)
First of all, I only went on a cruise with them because I was a passenger on Parahoy (the...

Wanna Travel?
Do you love to travel? Have you ever had dreams of seeing the world? Maybe you always thought about visiting a country or city but wasn't sure what there is to do there? Whatever the case, you can now travel with me wherever I go.
I started a blog called Wanderlust through my website SElleCameron.com where you can follow me through my travels as I gain inspiration to write books, poetry, personal journal entries and short stories. Since I was a kid I wanted nothing more than to see the w...

Adalyn: Whirlwind (Short Story #10)
See, I told you I would post something at least once a week! I know the week is really over but it doesn't truly start a new week until Monday, right?! Right! Besides, I gave you two posts last week! Anyway, here's a new short story for you guys to enjoy. It's from Adalyn's point of view and if you read Turn It Off you'll know that she mentioned her dad had a history of drug abuse while she was trying to help Peyton with his problem. This is about one of those moments.

Ronan: It's Always Her... (Continued)(Short Story #9)
It's been since October that I've written a short story (remember those?!). I missed writing short stories on my characters from the A Tragic Heart series. I believe this series will always be my favorite and the characters will always be the most real to me which is why I write little blurbs about them...so I never have to let them go.
As promised, this one is a continuation to the last one and it's from Ronan's point of view. Clearly it would belong with the second novel, RED and jumps eight...

It's Been Some Time But There's A New Me!
I know, I know! It's been over two months since the last time I posted anything but that's going to change because I have finally found a schedule that works for me. In the time that I have been away I completed my first children's chapter book, Madison Avenue and I created a new website that you can check out at SElleCameron.com.
From now on, I will try to blog at least once a week and I am going to become more active via my social media pages. For those who know me personally, they know this...
