The federal court decision in favor of Harvard in its lawsuit against Trump

I haven't had a chance to read it carefully, but a First Amendment expert here offers a useful overview of the decision and its significance. If this gets appealed up to the super-legislature, who knows what will happen? My guess...

This pretty much sums up the fake war on anti-semitism in the universities.
