The stands at @caledonequestrianpark this morning. Various anonymous sources advised tickets are held back for ticket holders who aren’t happy with their seats and want to change. I bought tickets online and knew EXACTLY where my seat was … and would never prevent anyone from the opportunity to view a #PanAmGames2015 event. I live minutes away and visited the box office this morning. “Tickets sold out” but … What a joke! Not only was this event poorly planned – buses ¼ full, on site parking could have been sold as part of ticket price or flat fee first come first serve, exit poorly marked, fluctuating food/no food policies, misleading start times on tickets etc etc – the ticket policy is ridiculous. Riders deserve great crowds, Pan Am Games’ deserves to be successful, and fans deserve the opportunity to purchase tickets. The online ticket sales sight thus is fraudulent.
