Buckle Down!

to get back to Ocean, Livie, Lawrence and Dulce. Book three is waiting for
me to complete and honestly these characters have been haunting me since
I stopped writing a couple days ago. So, it’s time to get back to the meat and
potatoes of the last and final book!!!!!!

What Am I Doing?
Now, if you ask me what I’m doing, I will say, “just chillin!” I have calmed down a lot reminding myself there is a process. I did not have the chance to schedule a book blitz or tour prior/during this release so I have to be patient. I have, however, started working with some awesome bloggers and reviews. Several are currently reading my novel, and soon those reviews will come pouring in. Again, I am nervous about the reviews, but hey, I can handle it. As an avid reader myself I understand the likes, dislikes, loves, and hates of the books we read.
Speaking of not having a tour for HBF, I am having a book blitz December 7th. Will post more info on that once I we get closer to that date. Until then, check up on my crazies, and I hope to see your reviews!!!!!!!

I am officially announcing my departure from blogging with WordPress. As my very first blogging experience, I will forever cherish the time spent on this site. Okay…. STALKING MYSELF!!!!
So 1st novel is released…. and now I’m stalking myself. If I had ten bucks for each I checked Amazon and Smashwords, I’d have a lot of freaking ten dollar bills in my pockets. I try and focus on my works in progress, but my fingers and brain keep wandering back to my amazon page. This is going to be a rough couple of days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When the Work Begins!
When they say the easiest part of writing is writing the story, that my friends is completely true. I find myself still completely emerged in Hearts by Fire, even though I have three other completed novels waiting for future release, and I love it. I am interacting with bloggers for reviews, networking with authors and other indie supporters through Facebook for some awesome new release exposure and opportunities. This is a world that I never knew exited!
I have to say that already one soul on earth was brave enough to give myself and my story a change on Amazon, and THAT’S AWESOME! I thought I would be completed freaked knowing that my novel is out there readily availbale for anyone to love it or hate it, but honestly I want to know. I want to know the likes and dislikes that readers have. I say this because I’ve been writing so much that if there is something that I can do as a writer to better myself then I want to know. That doesn’t mean it’s going to be easy to read reviews that are not so happy happy joy joy about my story, but it is a part of growth both as a writer and as a person. This weekend has been a taxing and exhilerating weekend for me, and the best part is that I know it’s only the beginning. Thank you all!
