The Children Who Time Lost by Marvin Amazon

Review: This was a book that I could not put down. I fell in love with the plot and the characters and the story in general. Rachel was my favorite character. She was so strong and amazing. She could face anything and survive I swear. She doesn’t stop, even when she sees everyone around her murdered as the villains of the book try to capture her before she can let loose the truth she has accidentally stumbled on after being gifted a child in the Lottery. Then going back in past to figure out what happened to humanity gave her a shot at answers. I loved everything about this book and the way that it was written. I cannot wait for more to come from Marvin and to see what else he has up his sleeve.

Nulogic: Rise of the Neos by Bill Gourgey

Nu Logic was an interesting book. I didn’t care for the way that it was set up with each chapter focusing on a different character. I think it would have been better if it was blended rather than a ton of different characters. I know we have a few characters that pop up throughout the book but they aren’t all of the story. I would have liked to read more of them as I was intrigued by the idea behind this book where we see characters that have to deal with public ordeals and their lives change. I just would have liked to have seen and read more about them. The book is pretty long so it would have been nice to see a little more inter-character development.
