The Magic of Seven
Numbers aren’t usually at the forefront of my mind, unless of course I’ve forgotten my PIN number or a family birthday. But there’s one auspicious number I’ve been giving some serious thought of late.
However, you don’t need to be telepathic to know which number I was thinking of. The title’s a bit of a giveaway.

The Highs and Lows of My Year
It’s been many moons since I last updated my blog. I know – bad Wendy, bad Wendy. Shame this isn’t a vlog because that last sentence would sound so much better read in my best dobby voice.

Cover Rebrand for The Caves of Tavannar
Over the last three months, I’ve been working with my brilliant and talented graphic designer, Nahum Ziersch, on a major rebrand of all three covers in The Crystal Keeper trilogy. I decided to move away from the symbolic illustration of the pendant on the original cover of book #1 and replace this with a character-driven cover, which I felt would better connect with my readers and convey its genre more effectively.
