Philadelphia, "E Pluribus Unum," - 'Out of The Many, One!' Unlike that of other cities, life had been good for many folks in spite of the massive gentrification, politicalizing, politicalized racial polarization, anarchy, crime, capitalization, gun-pollution, gun-addiction, drug-addiction, social disease, hunger, homelessness, incarceration, drug-czars and gangs, police brutality and corruption, state, city and private business white-collar crime and corruption, and a 'God-Given Need for Salvation and Forgiveness. Not at all unlike other large cities across the nation. But, in this town of Philly, there is much to be offered...and received. There is great pride in home ownership here...(non-home-ownership is just as great a reward for residing in this place as well). There are four major universities of higher learning; with two major colleges, i.e., Philadelphia Community College; on Spring Garden Street with multiple satellite campus locations; and The Berean Institute College; (formerly of Girard Avenue in the heart of North Philadelphia); in and around the Philadelphia surrounding area.
This town; formerly the fourth-largest city in America; a hot-bed of sports champions and teams...the home of Champion Boxing greats, The Philadelphia Eagles in NFL Football, The 76r's in Basketball, The Philadelphia Wings in Soccer, The Philadelphia Flyers in Hockey, The Phillies in Baseball, The Taney Street Dragons Little League Baseball Team, "Philly's World Champions"; with many other fine sports teams and supporters; a strong and proud city of diverse people, Museums, Art Galleries, Restaurants of Highly Classed Cuisine(s) and Fine Culture; home to "The Rocky Statue and Balboa University." A Philly neighbor to New Jersey; across the river, is separated by the Mighty Delaware River; slicing through Philly, the Energetic and Unrelenting 'Schuylkill' River running through it; hosting many 'Sculls,' and other types of boat races...in "Fairmount Park!"
"Fairmount Park," (rivaled only by 'New York's Central Park)...is Home to 'The First National Zoo in America!'
"Fairmount Park, Philadelphia's first park, occupies 2,052 acres (830 ha) adjacent to the banks of the Schuylkill River.
Fairmount Park is the largest municipal park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the historic name for a group of parks located throughout the city. Fairmount Park consists of two park sections named East Park and West Park, divided by the Schuylkill River, with the two sections together totaling 2,052 acres (830 ha). A Philadelphia Story of Your Struggle(s), Our Struggle(s), The Struggles of Life In Philly! The exceptions to the rule are those who have no struggles, or so they say. Willice and his kin fare no differently than the average folk in and around town...like many in the law enforcement community and those of many Philadelphia Civil Servants; Willice has paid his dues many times over. He's gone that extra mile a bit more times than expected, required, or unaccepted by many who serve. The trials and tribulations associated with his career climb and life goals, have forced him into a war with a beast no one could have ever possibly imagined. Quadrupled with his fight against the systematic engine designed to keep him and people of his particular persuasion in a set place...their place. He labored with the struggle in hanging onto his his job, his family, his life, and his steadfast dedication to his vows of protecting the people, his never-ending fight against the very people with whom he is forced to deal and work along-side, each and every day.
"Willice Samuel's family arrived up North from Georgia by way of Winnsboro, South Carolina. The family settled in Coatesville Pennsylvania, in or about April 1911.
Willice's Great-Great Grandfather talked about a lynching and burned at the stake murder of a Black Man by a mob of white men who wore masks. He said the Black Man; named Zachariah Walker; was accused of shooting to death a white cop, named Edgar Rice. He was supposed to have been a special police officer in Coatesville. The Willice's are descendants of America's lucrative Industry of Black Slavery."

Willice wasn't on any mission to make any major social changes...but did not, would not, will not run away or back-down from the challenge of protecting the unprotected.
The crime in the city is at an all-time high. Kids killing kids, in the city and the burbs as well. City's across the nation are experiencing many 'Youth Challenges' coupled with the brash and emboldened mind-sets unleashed by the racist torrents of "white-supremacists" and spit-spewed hatred from the lips of an 'two-timed-impeached, traitorous, treasonous, insurrectionist, ex-white-house commandant; the imitative representation of a "Free-World Leadership!" ..."Agent Orange."
The captain and his team of crime-fighters are also besieged with a desk full of corrupt and cold-cases that need to be posted from 'red to black' (in the squad duty room) in a hurry. They are beset with an onslaught of challenges while dealing with public backlash and case solving filibusters from City Hall, City Counsel, and Police Unions, as opposed to the offering of solutions. Organized crime and white-collar investigations are also part of the smorgas-borg of physical and mental assaults facing this team of "Crack-Crime-Fighters!"
If this captain of detectives and his team can tame tame the ravishing of a rampaging goliath sized beast, what can they possibly do against the strategy of a disciplined algorithm 'juggernaut' of a 'well-oiled-organized-crime-spree' initiated from multiple directions...the four-corners of the city?
They don't know it, but these crime-ridden monsters of so-called human-kind, would be better served if they don't cross the radar of Captain Willice Samuel and Associates...they'll be a sorry lot it they don't heed the warning...stay away from anything that would or will put you on a collision course to any and all cases...criminal cases handled by a "Willice Samuel Investigation!"

Part 9: “The Games Afoot!”
While driving away from the shooting scene, I thought of what Sally was telling me before I left the office...
"I wasn’t seeing the relevance of all this until this ‘Sabbat-type’ of gathering occurred. I don’t know why, but a cold and bone shivering chill ran up and down my spine.
"I would advise you to take another look at this information. I know your superiors don't think it's worth a shit...but then again, they don't cotton to you, me, or anybody else of color to get them thinking and moving for any cause that we think worthy. Brother, I wouldn't go fucking around with not getting this thing out in the open. It may create trouble for you or it might get you the mayor's seat...possibly the good graces of the public at large."
Just as I was enjoying the momentary quiet of the humming engine, another call loudly and coldly squawked over the radio..."At least six Philadelphia police officers were shot during a gun battle in Philadelphia’s East-Falls section of town!"
Sally's memory quickly leapt out of my mind when the deadening voice of the present danger continued speaking. "Two officers and three others who were trapped inside the home with the shooter!"
The deadly horror scene was much worse than the scene at the Tacony location, were I just left.
"IN PROGRESS...A SHOOTING IN GERMANTOWN, ON GREENE ST., AT ABBOTTSFORD AVE., MAN DOWN!" And just as soon as I was headed to that location, another tragedy was squawked over the Police Communications Network... "ATTENTION...ATTENTION...ALERT...A CHILD HAS BEEN SHOT!" That call location was in the North Philly Section of town. How in hell could I be in two locations at the same time? Many of the evening shift are at the Tacony location and/or on other calls throughout the city. There was a stabbing in the "Point Breeze" area of South Philadelphia...another bad scene was in the Northeast part of town. That tragedy was a "Hit and Run." The dead woman was aged sixty-four. The pickup truck was recovered along with the driver. That scene had to be secured and locked down. On the Boulevard, a van jumped the guard rail and was caught by its undercarriage, hanging off an overpass...it was fleeing the scene of a shooting investigation in "Olney."
The shooter was apprehended at the scene...it was the man's wife. She caught him with another woman at the home of her cousin near Green St. and Abbottsford. It was she whom the man had been sleeping. The child was shot by his friend while they were playing with a gun in a basement of a home on Allegheny Avenue. There was no way that I could make the South Philly call, a stabbing on Point Breeze Avenue near 22nd Street...it was handled by the cops of the 1st District on 24th St. The dead woman was hit and killed on Red Lion Road near the Roosevelt Boulevard. The guys at the 8th District were handling that one. The Olney call was handled by the officers of the 24th.
So now I'm free to make things right on this call.
This call came in while I traveled west on Torresdale Avenue. “We have gone from a hostage situation to one of a barricade,” said the radio voice. Warren broke the new silence with his call. "Yo Chief, you alright?" I answered, "Yeah, where are you?"
"I'm headed down the Boulevard enroute to the shoot-out in the "Falls."
"Okay, I'll meet you there, I'm enroute as well." We seemed to arrive at the same time... The shooting was still going on when we arrived. "Merrick Road," near "Midvale Avenue," after Calumet, on the way north towards "Schoolhouse Lane," off of "Ridge Avenue," was cluttered with blue and white squad cars. You couldn't see past them up the hill, let alone get up the fuckin hill for all the damned cars. Warren and I parked our cars down at the bottom of the hill on Ridge Avenue and walked up to the peak of "Look-Out-Mountain." The hill is located at the crest of Merrick at "Creswell Street." That street was a pretty steep hill as well. Merrick was simply higher and seemed to take longer on a ride down to the bottom as opposed to the other.
Two officers and three others inside the home took on fire during the incident. They were fired upon once they arrived at the residence, intending to only question the suspect. A call came in to the 39th District about 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The caller said they heard a fight going on within an apartment on the 11th floor of the "Earlham" building. A unit was dispatched to check things out. When the unit arrived at the back of the building in the parking lot, something was tossed or had fallen from one of the overhead windows. The water and glass shattered spraying debris all over and striking the squad car. The officers reacted by ducking for cover. They then rushed toward the underpass of the building towards the elevators. Once on the elevator, they were accompanied by an occupant of the building who heard the disturbance...he was not the one who called. The man aided them with the location of the trouble. The apartment fight was indeed on the 11th floor.
When they knocked on the door, things went quiet. They, the male and female officers, knocked again with more intent. "This is the police, please open the door," said the female officer in a loud and official voice. The door slowly opened. A woman was standing there, blocking the way in, obscuring the view of the interior. The male officer asked the woman if there was anything wrong. She had large tears running down her face. She seemed horrified as she attempted to hush and rush the cops away. "I'm okay...please leave before he sees you!"
A loud voice was heard from inside the apartment unit... "Who the fuck is at my got-damned door? It's the motherfuckin police ain't it? I saw the got-damned cop car out the window...I'm going to turn the fuckin thing into a pile of blue and white shit, right now! Bitch, shut the damned door before I kill your stupid ass!" The woman made an attempt to close the door. That's when the officers pushed open the door and rushed past the crying and frightened woman; while she shouted for them to please leave before he starts shooting again!
Shots rang out! The angry and crazed man was indeed shooting out of the apartment window when the two officers burst into his bedroom. He shot the police car, hitting it with a barrage of automatic rifle bullits. The officers dove for cover when the shooter turned and pointed the weapon at them. The officer fell back out of the bedroom door, pilling on top of one another. They couldn't get away...they were both shot and bleeding. They had no idea of how deranged the shooter was. His monstrous anger went out of control when he was cheated out of his pay check. He worked for the woman's brother who owned a construction company. The man beat up his brother-in-law for the disrespect and shorted pay. The employer paid his workers under the table for their work in dismantling old houses. The disgruntled shooter had been cheated before. The argument started when they sat down at the table to have a few drinks from the bottle of wine they'd brought with them from the days' job. It was Friday. On Friday is when the men got paid and they would usually have a few drinks or a couple of six packs of beer and a bag of joint or two. Today was different...he would have no bullshit from his brother-in-law, or anyone else for that matter, today he was going to be treated right. He was going to be respected; especially in his own home. But, the brother-in-law came in with the same ole bullshit. Richard was not having any. He got his gun, pointed it at the head of his employer and told him to pay him what he owed him. The man laughed. The madman hit him across the face with the butt of the weapon and began to beat the shit out of the cheater. He beat his ass and then kicked him out of the apartment. He took all of the money in the man's pockets...getting what was owed to him.
The beaten man threatened to call the cops... The shooter replied, "Oh yeah, call them motherfuckers and I'll deal with them too!"
Two women and two children were escorted by the Philadelphia SWAT Team from the scene. They told CBS3 that they were inside the home on the twelfth floor at the time of the shootout and that police saved them.
Salestian Michaels arrived on the scene. He was there when the call came in for a "Swat Team" and "Hostage Negotiators." Three other officers arrived before Swat. They had been fired upon and caught up in the turmoil right along with the first two cops. They were all trapped inside of the apartment. The corridor door faced the bedroom where the shooter was shooting from. None of the five officers could get out due the line of fire. They were all trapped inside the room; out of the line of fire; away from the doorway. The sixth officer stumbled in, falling inside from the wildly fired shots, winding up behind the door accessing the corridor doorway. He unfortunately feel inside, behind the door, causing it to close...trapping them all inside with the crazed and wildly mad automatic weaponed shooter.
While the standoff continued, Salestian began interviewing residents from in and around the project area as they began to gather. The cops were unsuccessful in keeping them all back, in spite of the gun-fire from above. Sally knew a great story when one arrived. This one fell right into his lap. Right inside his van, he began typing and videotaping the "East Falls Story."

I said to him, “Walter – what about the bills? What about Lil-Rocky’s coat for school?
Me and Walter had five kids, ya know.”
“I remember this familiar feeling, for about the third time in three months; of falling – falling down. The falling only came to an end for one reason – maybe two. The point is…I was able to grab onto something in order to break my fall. The primary reason is coming to a complete and utter dead end stop – at the bottom of the stairway, which began at the second floor landing. It didn’t necessarily matter to what position your body was in when this complete and utter stop completed the descent. Albeit, stair-steps and bottom of the stairway landings come into play, the stop is at the bottom of the stairs.”
This tri-epoch flight had a dizzying effect upon the woman.
“What the hell do you mean, ‘the woman...?’ My eyeballs, most of the time, could see the damn fall…I could see the entire trip, all the bumpy-fuckin way down!” Exclaimed the woman.
“Oh…wait a minute. Excuse me my manners…I forgot you was tellin somebody about me…my name is Wynetta Octavia Henderson,’ ya’ll don’t need to know the names of my kids...just remember that devil, Walter!”

It never ceases to amaze me how this land full of and founded by immigrants can have such hatred for immigrants...land stolen from "Indigenous People" by immigrants... Columbus was credited while the true founder/invader was washed from the memory of the colonists and today's society and student(s) alike... How many so-called Americans truly know their own history? How many do you think know the name of the man whom the United States has adopted; America? Would you believe "Amerigo Vespucci?"

It is no secret (any more) that the white power structure has succeeded in "The White-Washing" of just about everything and anything that the world's people of color have produced... it's origins, successes, ingenuity, creations, artistic contributions, and societal originality.
This brainwashing has proved successful to many folks just as predicted and recorded in the "Holy Bible." The premise that the world's people of color will never be unified is proven over and over again. The religious group known as the radical and boisterous "Hebrew Israelites" have espoused many truths taken directly from The Good Book... Black people are located in nearly all countries throughout the world as stated in the Bible. However, because they have defied the Lord "Elohim," they have been cursed and sentenced to never be brought together as a group; a whole; as one. This prophetic record continues to prove true even today. Black people have often found ways to stay apart from one another; to remain separate as one nation, one people. The tendency to argue as to who is right and who is wrong wrecks havoc in the ability to unify...and "The New World Order" wants nothing but a continuation of that practice. Albeit, to the contrary, this author has seen an improvement.
There are many videos available via the Internet and the "YouTube" platform which allow(s) for the preaching of truth. Many members of the white power structure have blamed and cursed the Internet for many revealed truths that have come forth. Maybe that is one of the reasons they wish to take over the Internet...to control its flow of free and undaunted, unmasked information available to the world populace.
This author has had the opportunity to view one (of many) such video posted on "YouTube." This one particular segment showed several young brothers preaching on a typically normal everyday street corner. The picture showed that they were stationed near a public transit bus-stop were many people were walking by and/or waiting for a bus. Many of the passerby(s) were White folk as well as Black. And of course people of other back grounds and walks of life passed by as well. There were those who rushed by the group like they were the plague or carriers of the red death... But a few would stop and listen to the street-corner preachers.
It came to my attention that two or three of the group of white-guys happened to be of Jewish origin. I know this because they said they were. One of the men identified himself as...
