Hashtags, ALL IS SILENCE follow-up, NANOWRIMO…

Well folks,

We’re into November and NANOWRIMO: NAtional NOvel WRIting MOnth. If you know my propensity for DOuble TYping CApital LEtters, you understand part of the reason why I like this activity. The other reason I love it is because thanks to NANO I now know [hear that?] that I can make it as a writing pro. I sent my 2012 NANOnovel to the printer for Advanced Reader Copies to send to Reviewers, Booksellers and Librarians ONE YEAR after I wrote the first words. And I’m pretty damn proud...

Electronic Advanced Reader Copies are out!

Hey folks,

It feels amazing. I wrote the first words to All is Silence November 1st 2012. It’s original working title was ‘Zombie Zoo’ (from Tom Petty) then ‘Where have all the children gone?’ (from the Hooter’s All you Zombies {also a Heinlein Title}) then ‘And Everything After’ (From Counting Crows) then “All is Silence in the World” (from Springsteen’s Jungleland) shortened to “ALL IS SILENCE.”

If you did not receive an e-mail regarding eARCs [aka galleys, aka the 'last' draft before lin...

Beta extension.

I’m very excited about where the novel is, but I ended up with more edits than I thought in my last type in, so I’m a couple days away from getting Beta Copies out. Tell your friends. Read the first 2 chapters now (see link above.) I will also have downloadable eBook versions of the first 3 chapters by tomorrow night.

Thanks,

Rob

Successful Reading & TWO days left to sign up to be a Beta reader.

The reading Saturday night at Village Books for the Bellingham Science Fiction Serial “Memories of Light,” went really, really well. It will be broadcast on 3 local radios stations, dates to be announced: KMRE, KSVR and KAVZ.

Also connected with a few more Beta readers and Sam, the Kobo guy for Village Books. I may get to be the featured author for their Kobo newsletter at some point.

If you haven’t signed up for my newsletter (above and to the right) you have TWO days to do so in order to...
