Migration and Return

I used Tumblr when I started writing fiction around 2012. I loved the interface, the wealth of beautiful visual content, and the ability to customize the appearance of the page. However, I eventually made the leap to Wordpress and didn’t look back.

Earlier this year I decided I needed a change. Wordpress was becoming too much for my needs. I wanted to simplify. Thus, I let the vanity URL go and lost it to some random agency that scooped it up and is now selling it for much higher than it’s worth...

September has arrived and I haven’t updated in ages. COVID has mutated into a blur of work-at-home days, time spent wandering the halls of this house, the neighborhood, or sitting at the kitchen table writing, reading D.T. Suzuki or E.M. Cioran.
