I forgot I wanted to be a writer until 2005 when I began blogging under the super creative pseudonym Miss Britt. Since then, I've rediscovered myself and redesigned my life through the power of writing and connecting with people all over the Internet. In 2011, after narrowly escaping a divorce, my husband and I sold our McMansion in Central Florida, gave away my car, got rid of my beautiful shoe collection, and moved into an RV to travel around the country for ten months with our two kids. I learned a whole heck of a lot about happiness during that adventure.

We're currently living in Pittsburgh, a city we discovered and fell in love with during our epic road trip.
