Haiku & Music Collaboration

 

A couple of weeks ago I was asked by Naviar Records if I would like to collaborate in a project where musicians were invited to compose music to accompany a Haiku. 

The Haiku was ; the bracing east wind/ cold as a nordic summer/ kicking up white sand.

16 artists composed music to accompany this Haiku

Haibun - Dentist

 

Over the weekend I broke a tooth whilst munching on toasted Ciabatta bread. Luckily when I phoned the dentist on Monday Morning they had an opening for eleven AM. The dentist is situated in a small complex in the centre of the village, surrounded by wild fields to the east and south leading to the pier and beach.
