If there was a Wolf’s Head movie, who would play each character…?

Check out this page one of my readers set up, it’s pretty cool and really fun to wonder who might play each character! Sean Bean as Sir Richard-at-Lee? Ray Stevenson (Rome, The Punisher) as Little John? Jerome Flynn (Game of Thrones, Riper Street) as Stephen (I really, really like that one, the guy is perfect for the part)?

Who would you like to see playing the people in my books? Take a look and share your choices!

Sorry for the pic of Sean Bean, I Google’d images of him and couldn’t resist that one hahaha!

Aussie Kindle Fiction NUMBER 1!

So the Australian Kindle Daily Deal promo is over and it was very successful! I missed when it started but the books got to at least 3 and 4 in the Aussie Kindle Bestsellers list (that’s not any subgenre or anything, it means they’re the third and fourth bestselling Kindle books in Australia today!).

They’re still at 3 and 5 which includes number 1 placings in the overall fiction charts, the Historical Fiction chart and the War chart. I don’t normally sell very many books in Australia so I’m really pleased with this – hopefully it keeps going and our friends Down Under take to a Scotsman like they took to the AC/DC boys when they emigrated from Glasgow!

AUSTRALIANS! Books in Kindle Daily Deal promo!

If you live in Australia and have an Amazon.com.au account you’re in luck: Wolf’s Head and The Wolf and the Raven are BOTH part of the Kindle Daily Deal promo.

I’m on the opposite side of the world so can’t check if/when it’ll go live but the prices are showing as reduced right now so…fill yer boots!

Xmas gift idea!

How about this for an Xmas gift idea: my books are all in the Kindle Matchbook program, which means if you buy the paperback as a gift for someone you get the Kindle version for free for yourself! So if you were planning on buying the Kindle version to read yourself, why not treat someone to the paperback?!  :-)

In other news, I just approved the final version of The Wolf and the Raven audiobook so it should be available to buy on Audible and iTunes in time for Christmas! If you liked the other two audiobooks you will love this, I think Nick Ellsworth did a fantastic job narrating.

Number 2 in Spain, Number 5 in Germany!

Quite amazed – I normally sell only one or two books a month at the very most in Spain and Germany yet I just checked my sales and…number 2 in the Spanish “Action and Adventure” chart and number 5 in the German “War” chart! Thank you Spanish and German readers, I hope you enjoy the books. :-)

Two number 1 spots for The Forest Lord books!

This is just fantastic – both Wolf’s Head and The Wolf and the Raven are number in their category on Amazon.co.uk. First time it’s happened, I’m over the moon! Knight of the Cross has jumped up the charts too, sitting at number 5 in one category.

Thank you to everyone that’s bought any of them and thank you to those who’ve left a nice review – I appreciate it so much. :-)

Now, I just need my baby son to realise bedtime is 8pm rather than 11pm so I can get the next novel finished….

Another Amazon #1!

The Wolf and the Raven is at number 1 in Amazon’s historical fiction> biographical chart. The two Forest Lord books are doing really well in the Kindle Monthly Deals promotion. If you haven’t checked them out yet, they’re only 99p each so now’s the time to re-discover Robin Hood!
